I was unfortunately there for a funeral, a very sad time for my family. The staff at this location were so wonderful and accommodating. The night manager, Tamara, must have hugged me three times. She was so accommodating with the large number of family we had coming in for the services. Sam was also amazing- I needed a place for us all to gather and he arranged it so we could use the conference room in the hotel and didn’t charge us. When you’re grieving as we were, having one less thing to worry about is a blessing. These people made it easier on us. Thank you.

It was very comfortable and clean- no complaints!

First of all JODY opened the door for the weekend to happiness, peacefulness and made me feel most welcome and comfortable. I’ve been coming to the Holiday Express for a while and I have never felt more welcome as Ms Jody made me feel! I love her positive energy and love she sends out. Thank you! We will be coming back!! 💋

I understand that Housekeeping needs to do their work, however, housekeeping is very loud in dropping heavy items in the other rooms, hitting the walls next door to our room with the vacuum cleaner, lots of hard bumping and banging going on. Especially when people are still sleeping in. Nerve racking sounds!😳

The breakfast was very nice! The bagels were a bit stale. The beds were great...slept like a baby! The bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The suite itself was excellent. Nice to have the amenities such as coffeemaker, little fridge, safe, etc.

The noise level was high. Apparently, there was a college baseball team staying at the hotel, with that accompanying noise. Also, there was a crying child nearby. And, the piece du resistance...a person in the room above us was constantly stomping back and forth across their floor/our ceiling, late at night. Thankfully, it finally stopped so we could sleep. The room could have used a few more charging outlets near the bed, and our refrigerator was so tiny we couldn't fit much of anything in it and still close the door. It also rocked back and forth...not a good installation job.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the full-size desk, microwave and fridge. The facility was also very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the fitness center, and the breakfast was great. Nothing to complain about!

I stay at this location several times yearly. Fri. night was the first time I had ever found debris on the floor. (peanuts and M &M candies)

Hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast are very good with many selections. Would stay there again.

The facilities were in very good condition.The man who checked us in also took VERY good care of us when the a/c started having problems in our room. He also provided tooth brushes and tooth paste when we realized we forgot to bring ours. He was very courteous, gracious, and knowledgeable. And they did a great job with the breakfast they provided.

It was a very good stay all around.

Room was clean, plenty of parking & close to restaurants

The top blankets are reused & rarely laundered after each guest stay. I think this is unsanitary & I detected a lower body part odor. It was repulsive. Makes you wonder was clean linen used at all and just made to look fresh.

People above us , very loud - Could hear them walking, almost sounded like they had children jumping off the bed to the floor - Other than that everything was excellent - Great staff - Super Clean - Will stay again - But will stay on the 3rd floor -

Pool wasn’t open. Very disappointed for my grandchildren. Kids look forward to the pool
