I loved the breakfast, the staff member Debbie went above and beyond every morning she was at work to make sure we were happy and full. The hotel was always clean the lady, Micheale (hopefully I spelled her name right) went above and beyond cleaning the floor I was staying on and was always there to attend to our needs during our stay if it wasn't for these 2 ladies our stay probably wouldn't have been that great

The pool was closed our first day and we didn't even have a notice, the booking app said it was open. On the booking app it also says no pets are allowed and they are welcome to stay

Facilities was clean and nice and breakfast was good! Location was great for where I was working!

The only thing I didn't like was the beds! For the money I paid, I expected comfort for when I slept. That was not the case. The beds were spring-loaded beds and extremely hard and uncomfortable! If they were to change the beds out for better mattresses then I'd give a better rating! Again the beds were the only bad thing!

Everything was great! Mrs. Jacque did an awesome job!!!! A group of boys were roaming the halls, knocking on doors, running in the hallway and stairs, she immediately stepped in and took control of the situation. It was handled immediately, professionally and everyone continued to enjoy their stay here. Great worker indeed. Keep being awesome Mrs. Jacque❤️

Room was clean, comfortable, and functional.

Breakfast wasn't anything special - just average. The television in the breakfast room was broadcasting some really weird Christian network - some preacher guy ranting about sin and judgment. I thought this was a strange choice. Something neutral or no TV at all would have been an improvement. - To each his own, but not really what I want to hear first thing in the morning. 😎👍🏼

Ease of check in

Breakfast attendant was always in the way. Always where people were trying to get food.

Breakfast was a pretty nice set up.

The whole two baseball teams that was there had the pool crowded and rambunctious all day long so we never got to use the pool. Maybe have an adult swim time.

I loved the respect, the friendliness of the complete staff starting from my check in at the front desk when I first signed in the Lady was gold she made sure my stay was comfortable even after a toilet problem she was on time and prompt, the room cleaning crew was very kind and polite, and the gentleman that checked me out was very professional , the breakfast was on time with some of everything but Bacon 🥓 😂 but to say I enjoyed my stay very much and when I visit again I know where I'm staying

Well it wasn't much except I had to be moved from a room because had just about got settled all the way in and had to use the bathroom number 1 and after using it I went to flush it and noticed that it wouldn't flush after looking over it I noticed that the water wasn't on and know water was in the reserve tank in the back so after turning the water on it filled I flushed went to wash my hands and noticed that the water never went down it started to running over all the way to outside of the restroom, and I like to sleep with it being cold in the room the thermostat needs to be adjusted it wouldn't let me go down pass 70 degrees that's to hot for me to sleep 😴 comfortable

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Had a change of plans and had to switch rooms but it was no problem!

Sofa sleeper needed a new mattress (dirty) and the sheets weren't clean. Easy fix though. Staff sent change of sheets and blankets

Breakfast was really good.

Pool could use a little attention but was still good to swim in after a long day and was still satisfactory.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a wonderful night's rest, thank you. I also really enjoyed the variety of breakfast foods. The vanilla malt waffles were especially nice.

Being on ground floor with a window onto the parking lot and people at window level was not ideal, but I figured out the curtains (lol) and the blackouts worked really well.
