This is our 3rd time spending part of our vacation at.The staff is friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We received an upgrade to a king suite it was wonderful . Very roomy . The breakfast is excellent. They have a variety hot, cold, fruit foods. The best I've seen.

The only thing didn't like was the pancake machine , I have seen this at other hotels too. It doesn't cook it long enough.

The staff was very courteous. We had an issue with our card, and they explained the problem in detail and helped resolve the issue. The room was very clean and was bigger than I was expecting. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book If I had to nitpick, the only thing I saw was that the towel rack in the bathroom was beginning to pull out from the wall.

The lighting is a little dim in the bathroom, making it a little difficult to see

The the breakfast is the best i have ever had in a hotel. The staff was great and helpful the beds are great. Ever thing was great for me like always at this hotel.

It was all great. loved the staff will help you with all your needs . The lady on the desk in the evening is always there to help you with all your needs.

Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. I like the toiletries on the walls and in shower. Mini fridge with freezer, microwave, kcup machine with coffee, cabinets. It also has a safe in the room. Usb plugs. The free breakfast had of variety and was good. Nice sitting area. Looked like a nice pool. It was convenient for our road trip and visiting family. Stayed 3 nights.

The front desk was very helpful and polite at all times even when there was a hiccup. They were happy to help at all times. Definitely the best service and room ive had. I was not disappointed. Thank you

The staff told us of a nice place to go close by, a nature reserve. We really enjoyed visiting that.

The breakfast was pretty much what you would expect for a “free breakfast”.

More choices for breakfast foods with some home made selections instead of prepackaged or microwave foods.

Price, location, and beds were very comfortable. Staff in the morning did his best to prepare breakfast when breakfast host didn’t show.

No milk available at vending. Needed something for my 1 year old. Staff in the middle of the night said there was no milk even for breakfast (there was). Also, mid night staff didn’t do anything when he knew breakfast host was a no show. Also, no coffee machine in room.

Loved the location of this property. Close to everything we were looking forward to doing. We had a group of 3 couples with us and it was amazing and soo clean. LOVED their hot breakfast.

Was not made aware of $250 deposit since I booked with 3rd party Its thurs (today) we checked out prev Sunday and still awaiting return of deposit.
