The breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was comfortable and the front desk was very friendly. She called my room shortly after getting to my room to make sure everything was okay. Compared to more expensive hotels, this would not be a 10, but for the price I paid, it was a 10. I would stay again.

The halls and stairs were old and had a slight smell. It wasn’t bad given the price of the stay.

The property had an outdoor pool (not open yet) and continental breakfast with a waffle maker and other amenities. The property was clean, and the housekeeping staff that stopped by the second day we were there was phenomenal. The facilities in the rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable.

During our stay, there were men in the hallway knocking on our hotel room door. As three women traveling, we were intimidated by this. These men also called the hotel room phone saying “What’s up?” We called the front desk, and they said there was nothing they could do. After we received a noise complaint (our own fault and was not a problem any longer), the front desk employee came to the room and I explained the men calling and knocking on the door. He dryly told me he looked in the hall and on the cameras. He obviously did not believe or take this situation seriously, which was disappointing.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice. Breakfast was well stocked, hot and good. Nice place for an overnight stay. Nothing fancy but was comfortable.

The hot tub area was nice, the tub was hot. The only complaint I have is that the windows into the hot tub area are on the sidewalk between the entrance doors to floor/rooms. I didn't get an opportunity to see how well you could see inside, since it was raining when I left. But I could see out and could see someone standing outside on the sidewalk, possibly smoking (which is fine) and seemed to be looking in. Hopefully it is one way type glass. If not, might I suggest that it get upgraded to that. One other thing, the lights above the bed...there needs to be a switch lower switch to turn them off and on. I am very short and I had to stand up on the bed to turn it on. Not a great way to have lighting

Although the rooms were a little dated the staff were amazing !! Ms Chanel that oversees the hot breakfast was the best! The head of the cleaning staff not sure of his name was very professional and courteous! The gentleman that saw to our room was the sweetest!! We stayed 2 weeks and the office staff were very sweet and helpful. It is not the Ritz Carlton but all in all was a great experience! We will stay again !

Location, on site laundry and a hot fresh breakfast

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Our expectations were super low since we got it for so cheap but it was actually a nice and clean place. The staff was friendly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and yummy, and the location was great. Safe for solo travelers and families, which is the most important thing to me. We plan on staying here again next time we come.

Community coffee was weak, but that’s fine cause the room had its own coffee pot with its own coffee so we could make our own.

The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping came and cleaned every day (except the final day for some reason), breakfast was plenteous and the staff was helpful

Pool was closed, but this wasn’t mentioned during the booking or check in process, so we were disappointed about that. TVs didn’t work very well, and there was only remote for both units. Laundry facility was out of order, and we had a lot of laundry to wash during our 6-night stay.

the room was clean and we had a very good time. front staff was very accommodating. the breakfast was very good and remained full until the time was up

the pool was open only one random day during our stay and we couldn't figure out why large trucks and trailers parked either in the field of view of the road or took up many spaces near the entrances

Room was great, spacious and clean. The jetted tub was the best part and the comfy bed.

Little pricey for only one night and you could hear other guests slamming doors and a few times they slammed their doors so hard it shook ours. Couldn't sleep stayed up watching my son sleep and making sure everything stayed good through the night.

The location is great. Truck and trailer parking and convenient to a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the interstate. Good price for a clean room and safe location. The hot tub makes it even better to relax
