The air in my room did not work. Also my booking reservation was deleted because I work nights and did not arrive until 8 am. But I called prior to booking and inform them that I needed to sleep during the day. Yet it was deleted. So another reservation had to be booked but because my reservation was deleted the room I reserved was not available. So I had to settle for a Queen bed instead of a King. Also I was charged the same rate for a Queen bed as a King. I was only there for 6 hours total and charged $153. A little pricey. Also the beds are very hard and the pillows are too soft.

Beautiful decor. It was cozy and I was able to use the computer and printer. Breakfast was nice and dainty. The only problem was breakfast catered to people who eat pork. So many people stay at this hotel and everyone wants to eat a breakfast me. It woulda been awesome if they had served some turkey or beef or even chicken sausage as well.

No dinner service. They had breakfast but no dinner or cocktail hour.

Just halfway through my stay and you couldn't ask for a better place the lady at the front desk was awesome the housekeeping lady that I ran into at my door she was awesome this place is great.

I can't see a thing I don't like and I've not even tried the breakfast or anything in the morning and I'm already happy with this place will definitely stay again

The hotel was clean and close to our venue.

Staff was not very friendly. Kitchen help was not happy to be there. Front desk staff was limited and only available when you bothered them in back room. Also staff has different rules. My niece asked for conference room access after her wedding for wedding party for an hour and day staff said no problem but when they arrived at midnight they were told $300.00 fee for room. It would have been nice to know before wedding party arrived. Different rules for different staff is not a way to run an establishment.

no room service. better signage…laundry location etc. lack of office work privacy. More selections and hot food for breakfast. noisy neighbors Thanksgiving night next door. indoor pool and spa. said hotel was pet friendly but did not disclose up charge when booking. a lot of cost adding noted. need more than one baggage cart.

Terrific location off 40 . Ez on off . Great breakfast. Loved the croissant breakfast sandwiches and the Fiesta egg Muffins for breakfast. Definitely a keeper idea.

Could use another rolling suitcase dolly.

Terrible waste of plastic (cups, plates, cutlery). we booked this hotel because of the swimming pool but is was closed. The hotel should mention this on booking.com

The entire property is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect for us to visit our daughter at a nearby University.

We liked the staff in the hotel, they are very attentive and friendly. Their level of service is very good. It is good to have the opportunity for doing laundry there.

The industrial processed breakfast is not nice to eat. It would change the whole experience of the hotel if freshly made breakfast was available.
