Jim at the front desk was friendly to our kids, the staff we interacted with in other parts of the hotel were kind and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, and we slept well. We enjoyed the space. This was the important part. Breakfast was nice, standard Continental style, with waffles. There was fruit available, which was important for me. I would stay here again.

The luggage carts that I used were hard to steer and move, and they wobbled a lot, like they had bent or asymmetrical wheels. Upon check-in, I didn't feel particularly welcomed, and one of my other interactions with staff at the front desk felt like I was a nuisance, instead of valued as a guest, although they were ultimately helpful.

Large, clean room. Good breakfast included. Housekeeping good. Updated no carpet in rooms. Updated faucet and good water pressure in shower. Good size TV

We wanted to use a Visa gift card but the hotel system wouldn't accept. Liked updated floor in our room, but furniture is older and poor quality mattress. Would love it if the in room jacuzzi was reactivated as no other hotels in the area have that option. Especially as $130/night is quite pricey. Breakfast was good but was exactly the same all three days of our visit. Would've liked a variation like bacon & pancakes. Hotel breakfasts are getting better, but are still a long way from the quality pre Covid era. I wouldn't even mind a small added charge for better breakfast options.

The breakfast was good. It had several options to choose from, including hot breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was large and roomy. The bathroom was large also. The room was clean minus the bathroom issues and the smell of weed.

The hallway reeked of weed on the first floor, and the smell was seeping into our room. Was making my daughter and I both sick. A non-smoking hotel should be just that! The front desk person said there was nothing she could do about it. The bed sheets had black stains on the comforter and one of the pillows. The shower had mildew growing in it and needs a good scrub. The shampoo that was in the bathroom had been used and not replaced with a new one prior to our arrival.

The location of the hotel was very likable, as well as the room itself. When we first walked in, the room was very clean and looked to be very maintained. No bed bugs, which is most definitely very likable. The towels provided in the bathroom were clean as well.

The tub that was in the bathroom and in the room wasn’t as clean assumed it would be. As well as the towel provided to us for the pool, there was yellow stains all over it.

I must say that I do not give reviews very often but I feel as though this hotel and it's staff needed a review for me because of the excellence that this hotel has. The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible help me book rooms at a cheaper price than third party people. The breakfast was extremely good and the overall stay was excellent as well if you are going through Lebanon Tennessee I would definitely recommend La Quinta inn over any other one near there

Everything was excellent

Just off the highway so very handy when we picked up a car at the airport in Nashville and set off out of town. Good room. Breakfast waz ok but the room waz quite small and had been completely taken over by a girls sports team leaving no seats.

Nowhere close to walk to we could eat other than at the service station. Ic we'd wanted to drive there would have been other places near but all fast food it seemed.

What's not to love about this place. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The staff are so helpful, kind and polite. We love this place. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms smell so good. Very clean. I have never been disappointed, ever! After staying here, you will not stay anywhere else. Oh and they serve a good breakfast. Also they are Pet friendly.

I love everything about this place. So clean. So lovely. Pet Friendly. The staff are amazing.

The property was overall great. The breakfast was really nice and we enjoyed it both mornings we were there. The beds were comfortable as well which was a big plus.

The only downside was when we contacted the front desk once for some information, the connection for the phone lines was not that great where the employee was hardly able to understand what we was asking. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to work the different channels on the TV, not sure if we was missing a TV guide sheet in the room.

Breakfast was okay - know it's got to be tough keeping things fresh under heat source. But good selection. Room had a real nice layout - kind of a separate sitting room. Was spacious.

The bath tub/shower was VERY slippery and there were no grab bars for the shower. How does that happen in this day and age is beyond me. We both very nearly slipped and could have hurt ourselves significantly.

The property was clean and modern. The room was well stocked with towels and other supplies. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

We are both coffee lovers, we found the coffee to be very weak, both in the room and in the breakfast area. Thank goodness for Walmart delivery. That was nothing a Keurig and some coffee pods couldn’t fix.
