The location is wonderful, recommend to traveler who wants a quiet sleep night after all day out. The size of the room is super big and the bathroom is great size, water pressure is great. Kitchen facilities are nice, like a long term resident accommodation. Breakfast is great, love the hot meal choices(especially for cold morning) :)

Breakfast area is nearly always crowded and not many seats available. Parking is a bit pricy, but there's many public parking around the hotel.

Everything was good. No Problem, felt safe. The breakfast was also good. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice and helpful. We got there early and they kept our bags while we went and checked the area out. they offered us some breakfast. It was good. They had our room ready by 11:30am which was great. Our plane arrived at 7am. This is the 2nd time I stay at a Home2 Suites by Hilton in Nashville. The 1st time was at the one in the Metro area. I had a good experience there and that is why I decided to stay at another one but a closer to where we were gonna be going to.

I didn't have a problem at all. Everything was good, from the check in to when we left. Area was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property felt new and was clean. Our room was large with all the facilities required to be self sufficient. It's well located for music row and it's about a mile to walk to the main downtown locations. Hall of Fame, Ryman etc. There are also restaurants, music bars and coffee shops within a 5 minute walk. We used UBER a lot to get to some locations and wait time was never more than 3 minutes. The staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was included but we didn't try it.

Nothing of note. It's what we expected at the price.

Great studio room - good suze, good kitchenette, and we borrowed a hob top frkm reception when needed. Great shower and comfy bed. Good blinds that actually made the room dark on a night. Breakfast was pretty good but very busy our first morning. Walkable location - 2 minutes to Music Row, 10 to the Gulch and 20 to bars on Broadway. 2 mins walk frkm a bus stop if needed.

The nearest place to buy groceries was about 12 mins walk on Broadway. Places to eat nearby were quite expensive.

The website said there was shuttle service, but there was not. We had to rent a car, so we had to pay to park daily. The valet was not always available, so they let us park in front to accommodate, which was great. Breakfast could use some variety and the biscuits would get hard, but overall nice offering and OJ was good. The mattresses gave me backaches, so maybe they need updating. The blankets were thin. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC was great, hotel was clean and quiet. Walking distance to eatery.

Noted pro's and con's above. I did think the price was high but I am not used to the area, so maybe I am just not as familiar with costs. No shuttle, wait for valet, which was rectified, hard biscuits at breakfast, lacking changing up at least one thing each day, too soft of mattress.

location it was close enough to downtown Broadway and far enough from the noise of Broadway also hotel provided shuttle service to anywhere around 3 miles which was awesome for New Years Eve night Room was clean

The shower was the only problem it ran out of hot water after one shower and we called front desk and the problem was still not resolved

Clean, spacious rooms. The location was great! Easy to get to Broadway & Music Row. A lot of fun bars and restaurants right within walking distance. The staff was incredible! Everyone was kind and helpful, but Vinyett was the shining star!! From great food and drink referrals to bandaids to loaning us her personal umbrella to go out in rain.

Staff was extremely helpful, we were at the end of a cruise and wanted to stay an extra night. We asked for an early check in and we were accommodated and also given an extra hour on the following day, before leaving for the airport to go home. The hotel was lovely and clean, the breakfast was fine, room was great.

We were a little bit disappointed about the location. It was my own fault, I saw the Music City area and booked near there, as we thought there would places with music nearby. Not your fault though, my mistake. The hotel and the staff was great!

Very easy check in , everyone was really nice!! And the lady that works the valet service too sweet and we took such a liking to her. She was very accommodating for my daughter to get us one of the handicap parking, we were there for the Vanderbilt Renal and Kidney evaluation.

Nothing at all we loved it and when we come back for the transplant we will be making your hotel the place we will be staying at after the surgery

The room was large and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean and every employee we met was friendly and helpful.

We did not like having to pay $36/day for parking and would have like to have self-parking rather than only valet. Only problem with the room was there were not enough USB outlets.
