Location and was not such a busy town.

Shortage of cleaning people due to not being able to find people to work. The one woman who does clean was very nice and a hard worker, but our room was only cleaned once in our week stay. Necessities were replaced when asked for and the situation was fully disclosed to us when we checked in, but not at booking—-perhaps not an issue at that time. Was not much of a problem for us, but know it is a concern for the hotel as they are anxious to please and, it seemed, to hire more workers.

We were stuck in traffic and wasn't able to make the 10 pm check in. We called and were able to leave our key outside where we could get it and get into our room so late.

They are very accommodating to your needs while you’re there. We always stay there went visiting the area couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We stayed there back when an ice storm hit and their internet was down and couldn’t take our card payment to book us they made arrangements for us even tho it took us longer than expected to arrive due to weather. They worked to accommodate us even in those circumstances. Will always return to stay there. Best hospitality in the area.

The room was clean , staff was great , bed was comfortable! Shower was refreshing!

Great location away from all the traffic and noise of Pigeon Forge. It was quiet and peaceful. We had little interaction with the staff but what we had was pleasant, everyone was friendly and helpful.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Highland Manor. We were very impressed the first time with how clean everything was. This time was not quite as good. The beds were too soft or worn out. We were glad that there were two beds in the room because both of us in one bed was impossible. Neither of us slept well.

Outstanding location especially for us walking to the hot air balloon festival. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are very clean. Room cleaned to check in level each day.

A little dated but the cleanliness and staff exceeds this. Continental breakfast could be improved with a few additional selections, ie. fresh fruit, yogurt, etc.. However, coffee was good and hot, pastries tasty.

My wife could not come with me as she had a medical emergency with her family. At the time of our reservation we were under a category 3 hurricane watch and she called to ask if her husband could bring our cats as we were under an evacuation order . We understand the no pet rule, but this was an unexpected emergency. The response of no has left a bad feeling of 0 sympathy and understanding.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly & explained how to get to the room, where the ice was, etc. This was our second time to stay there & we'll stay again.

The ice machine was broken, but there was an ice chest with ice in it for folks to use: by the time I wanted ice, it was all pretty much melted. The lady at the desk had told me the ice machine was broken, so I knew it beforehand.
