Quiet. It is set back off of Midway, so traffic noise is nil.

The surroundings are a bit odd. Tough to find on google maps if coming from the south on Midway. A larger sign might help. The property itself looks and smells a little old. There were some bad smells in the stairwells, and you use those stairs bc there is only one small elevator placed peculiarly at a far corner of the hallways. It is just an odd (old?) layout for a hotel. Rooms were clean though, except for some white powdery stuff in a couple far corners of the room. Don’t know if it was drywall residue, roach powder, or what Staff was great. Very good value for the Addison/North Dallas areas..

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and we didn't hear any noise at all. (even though there was construction going on). The grounds were very clean and nice. We loved the firepit, as the evening was cool. Comfortable bed, very friendly staff and perfect or what we needed.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and best of all was the pools were clean and warm. Definitely recommend staying here.

The 2nd floor ice machine did not work and the phone inside room #216 didn't have the front desk number programmed, which made it difficult to get a hold of someone when I needed help with something but as soon as I got someone on the phone they came right up to help. Minor issues

The breakfast was okay. For the price, I was expecting more.

The double queen bed was the size of a full size bed. My husband and I were cramped and didn’t get a good nights sleep. I would recommend upgrading to a king bed.

The location was super nice. It was not over expensive and in a great location. The staff was very friendly. They got us parking near our room and it was very convenient and close to the location we needed to go.

The location was perfect for an event we attended. There is no continental breakfast, but I knew that before I booked, and there are a lot of great restaurants around. The room was clean and comfortable and we experienced no issues during our stay. I like the little cubbies in the bathroom, and also the body wash/shampoo/conditioner affixed to the wall. The hallway did smell like smoke when we first got there, but I didn’t smell the smoke odor again after that.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Housekeeping did not turn down our room on our 2nd day, but we were leaving the next day, so it really wasn’t a big deal. The funny thing is housekeeping came the morning we left, but we were in the room, so I don’t know.

Everything was good at this hotel, staff were great, room wax nice and had a balcony. The hotel in it self was a bit difficult to find the was construction every where and no sign showing it was behind the brick wall. Quiet location, lots of restaurants and shopping in the areas.

Need more parking space on the sides of the hotel.

The room was good location was remote, not a lot of noise even though there was construction on the street in front of the property

Everything was good, house keepers can vacuum the hallway a lil better however I'll most definitely stay at this property again

I didn't know you had a breakfast so I went out to get it. It should have been mentioned when I checked in. People at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

Not knowing about breakfast so I thought the price was a bit high with no other services except
