Nice facility had a nice breakfast, and there was coffee available 24 seven , they also had a nice ice machine along with a water bottle filler machine. Also, really liked the soap products and the room/shower area.

Noisy room AC system

Economic, all amenities needed, great breakfast Clean and hospitable Friendly staff I like the Eco-friendly idea of soap & shampoo & conditioner dispensers - well done. The small bottles look great but we have too much plastic on the planet!!

TV - not friendly to use. Good idea to have Netflix available to sign in: next time give your guests a heads up to bring the password with!! Please discontinue the bluff of supplying Wireless! Rather charge more up front so I can watch a movie on my laptop!! The pancake machine is a great idea but horribly slow. It was out of order my first morning, then over crowded with wads of people the second morning and I finally got a couple the 3rd morning there!!

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion were great! I loved that the containers were full size and not the tiny bottles usually provided. The breakfast was great as well. The customer service provided by the staff was exceptional.

The only thing we did not like was that the room was not cleaned on a daily basis. All we really needed was for the trash to be taken out. We requested it, twice, but it was never done. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights with the trash still in the room. I guess that there needs to be better communication between the staff on that.

Breakfast was tasty. Husband said the sausage was cooked perfectly. Room was close to elevators. Nice welcome on the tv. Loved using the keyless phone to unlock the door. Nice tv. Cool and comfortable.

Property is situated on a busy highway and outside is extremely noisy with traffic. Although I believe the blinds in the room is a sound barrier which makes the room quiet.

Front Staff

I’m ok with Animals, but when they Are brought to where the food is and are being held near counter where food is being served. House keeping shows up on 6th day. Comes in again on 7th removes two towels, Returns on 8th day, replaces towels. What’s the reasoning.

Breakfast was great. Even had a great opportunity to visit with another traveler.

I requested a walk-in shower and not a tub shower due to my disability. Upon check-in I discovered it had not been honored. Check-in clerk tried to correct. Our room was changed from a king to 2 queens in order to get a walk-in. Once in our room, we discovered we still did not have a walk-in. By then I was too tired to go back downstairs to request a room change. I struggled to bathe. It was disappointing.

I liked the clean, comfortable, cost the most. It had a boutique kind of atmosphere. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay but without the cost.

Only thing I remember was there was no coffee when I checked out.....Im sure some was being made but I didn't have time to wait. Otherwise, no complaints.

Location was great since I was attending Allen High school for a sporting event.

Everything was great except for the tv. I tried to watch local tv and had picture was stuck on a green still pic both days. Unplugging it and it didn’t solve the issue. I just logged into my Netflix instead.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and convenient to Medical City Allen. I was surprised that the shampoo and conditioner was better than mine that I buy from the salon. My hair was frizz free and looked great. So much so that I am buying Tru’s products for home.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Location was very good. Clean. Very family friendly.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable. I kept waking and turning over. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. Felt it was an overpriced hotel for the "bare bones" room.
