No parking for guests - valet parking was expensive.

I loved the location and the spacious layout of the two-beds room room. The staff was friendly. There is a nice rooftop bar with a terrace and city view.

I originally booked a king-size bedroom. We were shocked by how small and tight the space was. We went downstairs to request a change of room, and thankfully, we were able to move to a two-bedroom room. The mattresses were uncomfortable, as they are when a mattress is old, and the springs have seen better days. I think it's time to change them. The only parking they have is valet. The $55/night valet parking was slow, and it was a big mess on one of the nights. There were not enough staff. One night, after 15 minutes of waiting, I went to the front desk to ask for help and was told to be patient. It wasn't until another 15 that somebody finally took our keys.

The room was modern, very comfortable and complete with all toiletries...including body lotion....and terrific hooded robes . The bedding was very comfortable and loved especially the nespresso coffee bar. Housekeeping was thorough.

The toilet paper holder was broken and my Booking.com confirmation stated that the room was 330 sf... it was maybe half that. The robe had a stain on the collar. I hope it was a stain and not that it hadn't been laundered.

Excellent location near the downtown but on a smaller street so it wasn’t too noisy, very friendly staff, stylish and up to date rooms, nice little amenities like Nespresso in the room and decent shampoo and conditioner

Our room was on the small side so our we needed to step over or around our luggage when we were in the room. This is a minor complaint though since the hotel is in such a great location that you shouldn’t be spending that much time in your room anyway.

Great location, great staff and bar. Rooftop area was inviting and the gym level was spacious as well. Very comfortable bed and large TV with casting from device ability. A/C was very fresh throughout and all areas of hotel were very clean and maintained.

Small lobby area with minimal seating. Mini-fridge needed to be defrosted, not cooling properly. THE ROBES ARE SO ROUGH. The room feels a little hard sometimes, maybe bring an optional fluffy throw or pillow.

Being able to text concierge was great (we asked for extra pillows and got them right away). Bed was SOOO comfortable, rooftop lounge was nice, location was perfect for our first-time visiting Austin. They also let us check-in early since our flight arrived in the morning!

It would have been amazing if they also had a pool and if our room had better storage options for our clothes.

It was a nice place to stay to extend our vacation. The front desk folk were very friendly and accommodating when we forgot something that we needed to retrieve from the baggage they were holding for us.

We were 'upgraded' to a higher floor -- but the space in the room was very small, even for two people. There was no way to sit in the chair comfortably. Our phone did not work and we had to visit the front desk twice before we saw someone to repair -- not sure it was ever fixed. The 'closet' was a bit of surprise, but okay once we figured it out.

The property was in a great location and felt very trendy. The staff was lovely and it was nice to get a text from housekeeping asking if we needed anything when we had the occupied sign on the door. Front desk staff was lovely. The deck area was a great space and nice for relaxing and the attached bar area was nice. And the view from our room was stunning!

I was a bit surprised by how small the room was. We were comfortable since we were only there for a weekend and weren’t there often, but surprised nonetheless. Also, not sure if we missed a note about room service but we would have loved it one night there but didn’t see a menu or know if it was available. Aside from that, no issue!

The staff was wonderful and gave some great recommendations, sadly I can’t remember the name of the staff member who we interacted with the most (he had long dark hair). The seal on our shower was faulty so it caused water to leak onto the floor of our bathroom and the staff was right on top of fixing it. The location was central to everything we wanted to do both in downtown and within a 15-20 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for the hotel, however parking was up a hill and around the corner. Not convenient .It was also pricey for overnight. The room was very comfortable, unique bathroom layout with large window.Comfortable beds, and pillows.

The lighting in the room was poor . One giant overhead overly bright light , or one tiny nightside lamp that gave very limited light .Otherwise the room was comfortable and well layed out with a small sofa and drinks table situated between the two beds, in front of the tv.
