Reception area, reception staff, room, car parking, and pool.

Location – have to drive to get to anywhere/anything. Breakfast area was overcrowded – perhaps because the breakfast hours are quite limited. (apart from the breakfast room, facilities were very good)

I was kind of hesitant because I've never heard of this establishment. But boy was I amazed! The service was awesome! Staff was very polite. The location was perfect. It was snuggled in between 2 top rated restaurants, one Mexican, authentic and the other one was a seafood restaurant. I Googled both and our Uber driver confirmed it. The overall look of the hotel inside and on the outside were well kept, which is important to me. If it looks unloved on the outside I'm definitely not trusting the inside because it let's me know if an establishment has a customer first mindset. It means I want to have great curb appeal to make you want to come in. Trust me I look at EVERYTHING!!! The halls where surprisingly well kept along with the carpet and furniture in the rooms. I honestly couldn't find anything that wasn't pleasant. Well the elevators could use a little tlc but that's about it. And now that I know about this hotel and that you have a chain of them in various states, I will definitely be going out of my way to find one when I'm looking for hotel accommodations. I have a Miami trip coming up in a few weeks actually. And I already have my eye on your location near the airport. So I'll see if this was an isolated event. I don't think so but I'll definitely see and will give a review. If all goes well, I'll be a lifer and will promote this establishment to anyone and everyone I know. It's what I do. 😉

Everything was Exceptional. Just spruce up the elevator.

We originally booked a VRBO and when we arrived it was horrible. We left stressed and with it bring F1 racing weekend many hotels were completely full. When we arrived he let us tour the rooms first and even helped us compare booking there in person vs online as he wanted us to get the best rate. We were so thankful for the great staff. The next day we realized we needed printed tickets for our event and they helped us get everything we needed. We were very thankful for their staff. It made our experience great.

Bathroom a little "bijou" The lounge is pretty much on the floor Didn't like the tables for breakfast being dotted around the reception foyer Asked on multiple occasions for shower gel .. empty on arrival, front desk said it would be replaced by housekeeping, housekeeping said there was none and it wouldn't be replaced Fridge doesn't have a freezer Needs better lighting over the vanity/sink which is outside the bathroom.

The place was amazing. Conveniently located off I35, but not too close to hear the highway traffic. Large room with the most comfortable beds! The pillows were awesome as well and there were plenty for each bed! Staff was super friendly and helpful when our remote wasn’t working for the TV. We will definitely be back! Also so glad they are pet friendly! My pet has to have medication so they have to travel with us. This makes traveling so much easier! Thank you!

The television stations weren’t the best. There was one free HBO station, and other stations were okay. The on demand was nice, but I’m not going to buy a movie at a hotel for $20.

I booked here because it was six minutes to my job. The place was nice and I felt safe. The person at the front desk spoke Spanish. I am bilingual, but she was helping a Spanish speaker who had been staying there for work for the week.

I booked on booking at 1am because it was raining and I didn't want to drive an hour home. I needed a place for the night since I had to be back in town at 8am the next day. When I got to the hotel, I found out my reservation was for the next day. I was offered a room for that night at a higher rate. I decided I would stay the next night as well since I already had a reservation. When I checked out, I was told they had price matching available, but I was not offered compensation for the prior night at the higher rate. I would stay here again, but not for the breakfast. I didn't find anything I liked for breakfast.

The property was clean the breakfast was decent.

I left two new items in my room and checked out. I called that same afternoon and the front desk lady said I had missed the housekeepers. I am positive that I left it in the closet and I just feel that if the house keepers found it they should of been honest to return it to the front desk specially since I called back that same day. I kept calling the front desk just to get a run around and never once did I get a call back or a follow up I called many time thru out the week and they kept giving me the run around and I still haven’t heard back from the front desk.

Excellent customer service by front desk and kitchen staff. So NICE to have hot breakfast available after COVID. Good selection of items, and plenty of food for a full dining room of guests.

I will like it when you begin having a manager's reception in the evening again. Could do with more frequent cleaning of the room - however, staff provided new towels and garbage bags on request, and took the full garbage bag we set outside the room without any hassle.

The continental breakfast was nice. The staff was always available, helpful, and friendly. The location doesn't exactly have seaside vistas out of every window, but the area is right off a major highway (making it easily accessible). But the driveway to the parking lot is long enough so that it is set back from the highway by quite a distance, making it seem like it is much more tucked away than it actually is. In reality it is very close and convenient to anything in Central Austin or North Central. Oh, and the most impressive thing was not the location. It was what you saw after swiping your key card to your room, and turning the knob. The room was BIG! It was very nicely designed; had a sofa and half wall separating the bed area and sofa into very distinct feeling "half-rooms" it also had a "kitchen" area with faucet, coffee maker, and counter top space for preparing meals if you wanted to. There was a decent size closet, with an iron and an ironing board, a roomy bathroom with bathtub, and wall mounted flat screen TV too. Being someone who is more accustomed to Motel 6 and Super 8, this room felt AMAZING, and for a price that was higher, but not extraordinarily higher than those other paces. Very good value!

The elevator had some...personality. Not dangerous at all. But for an only moderately busy 5 story hotel, it was slow. You would often wait 7 to 10 minutes for it to arrive. For going down, we just got into the habit of going straight for the stairs. Even from the 5th floor, they were much faster. And when the elevator did arrive, and everyone piled in, the door often took 2 or 3 attempts before closing successfully.

Everything was nice, especially the receptionist she is a lovely person, I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was so nice to us and not just to my family but also to other people that were in the lobby as well, we stayed Saturday night (08/10/24) and she's a really nice person, besides that Everything was nice the room was huge for a family of 4, we loved this place and for sure we recommend 100%!!!
