This hotel was fresh and clean. Seemed new and modern and had a cool hang out place on the first floor. I appreciated the water fill up station with ice for the hot weather. Spacious gym with great equipment available. They have a cool pancake machine for breakfast. Nothing else super fancy, but it had the essentials for breakfast. The location was perfect for a concert at Germania ampitheater, easy to get to and not too far from anything we wanted to visit. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and yeah, no closet, but there are pegs and a purposeful pipe to hang clothes with hangers/ironing board/iron provided. There is a fridge in the room, and a microwave downstairs near the front desk/breakfast area. The shower is fabulous, and they provide the best smelling shampoo/conditioner/bath wash in a hotel, ever. No weird small soap bar to wash your hands in the bathroom, with no place to put it and it makes a mess. They provide soap and lotion in a lemon sugar smell that is great, and not offensive to those of us with smell sensitivities. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The only thing we wished for was an in-house restaurant and bar (although they have plenty of snacks and alcohol near the front desk for purchase). There were nearby hotels that had a restaurant open after the concert within just a few minutes drive.

The hotel checkin experience was very easy, and the location was very close to the airport (about a 5 minute drive). I was kind of shocked with how spacious and nice the hotel was given that I was expecting a small box-ish room for an airport hotel. Also the facilities were great, absolutely above and beyond my expectations.

The only issue was the airport shuttle times for me, I really wish more places did an "on demand" shuttle for later hours, and I was staying in the airport hotel so that I could quickly get to the airport, but it turns out I could have stayed closer to town maybe and still had a 15 minute journey.

The hotel was great, with all the facilities for a comfy stay. the breakfast was good,

the airport shuttle had a period in the middle of the day when not accessible, this forced us to get taxis to get to and from the airport because of our flight times. The Airport has a no flight policy during the night so why a no shuttle policy is necessary during the day is beyond me. The fact the hotel is in an area with very little outside facilities and everything is only reachable by cab makes this policy even more ridiculous. Given the reason for our stay (airport proximity) I think a return to Austin would make me look closer to town for an overnight (two night in our case) hotel

The hotel's location is ideal, especially for those looking for accommodation near the airport. The parking capacity is neither sufficient nor insufficient; you might need to arrive a bit early to find a spot. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Since I stayed for only one night, I can't say whether it was particularly quiet or noisy. On the night I stayed, nothing disturbed my sleep. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

This is my second time staying here at this location. I'm a huge fan of the Tru by Hilton franchise. Their aesthetic is so fun and welcoming but also very cozy. They're also pet friendly which is a plus! Room sizes are cozy and are always furnished with a nice desk if you need to get some work done. The restrooms are very modern and the showers are great! They do offer complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash in their shower dispenser if needed. Our room also had a fridge to keep any food or drinks cool if needed. Staff has always been friendly at this hotel and I love that the lobby has a lot of fun things to be entertained with (pool table, games etc) and they have great snack/food/drinks/alcohol to choose from and purchase! The gym is also well maintained and has quite a few machines to use!

Nothing! Everything was great!

The place was nice and clean, well organized and even though it was a small room I felt comfortable at any time. Breakfast was good, they also have several products for snacking for sale. They have a free shuttle service, their driver was a kind person, a good driver as well. In general, it was a great choice, and will definitely stay again when I'm back in town.

I would have loved restaurants close by, but there were only hotels around. I can't complain of anything on this place, it was a great experience.

Would be nice to know where to go upon arrival at airport to get taxi, Uber or Lyft if one arrives after shuttle stops running in evening! You do not wait right outside Arrivals - you walk up one level across car parkade which is across the road from Arrivals, following signs for Uber and Taxis!!! New comers do not know this and hotel should have some mention of this on their website! The taxi was easier to obtain by the way as there was a huge line up for an Uber. Taxi was immediate and cost was in line with the quotes we got on their app for an Uber to the hotel. The hotel had told us taxi would be more expensive but it was not and I don't know how everyone got an Uber.

Rooms are on the smaller side but very cute. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Really nice staff. I love they have a game area in the lobby_ pool table, foosball and Jenga. The coffee area set up is good with tea & hot cocoa. The hot breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the cool pancake maker! Comfortable lobby area seating. Will say parking is a bit rough when the hotel is busy. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

The room was spare, but clean and modern. It seems this Hilton sub-brand eliminates certain frills (i.e. a closet, room upholstered chair, microwave) but provides all the necessities (i.e. a pipe to hang clothes, small fridge, work table and chair, even an iron and ironing board) and is able to offer an attractive price point. There was a good bed, pillows and bathroom/shower, which are key points for me. This hotel is great for a one or two night stay.

the bagels in the breakfast bag for early departees don't do well in the microwave. Better off with a muffin.

The property is very clean. Loved the vinyl planking floors instead of the grubby smelly carpets. Bed was very comfortable, staff pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate and filled the bill. I will stay there again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Luke warm coffee at the coffee bar, even for breakfast. Folding shower chair was missing a foot. Rubber flange at bottom of shower was loose. TV didn’t work properly.
