Stayed in room 107.Newly renovated. Very nicely done! Clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Room was more like a furnished studio apt. Full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. 4 place settings (plates, bowls, glasses and coffee cups) as well as cultry. A few cabinets for a small pantry if someone staying longer term. Breakfast was delicious (we had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). They also had cereal, waffle maker and fruit. 4 different juices. Juices were a bit watered down but wasn't awful. Easy off and on freeway. There is some construction but wasn't terrible getting in the driveway. Staff very friendly!

Bathroom was newly renovated. Tub is VERY slippery. My husband slipped and fell taking his shower. Would suggest management spend a few bucks and put bath mats in the rooms (another room complained about this issue as well). Other than that had zero complaints.

The property fit my need to be close to the local university and near restaurants. The room was adequate and the kitchen was functional with dishes, pans, full size fridge, and dish washer.

As stated in reviews there is the highway noise but it didn't seem to bother me as much as I expected. I did ask to move but changed my mind as it was like having a white noise machine. If you absolutely don't like noise, ask for a back side room. The pool was in a bad state and was unusable. We were told it was the rain that caused the issue and needed pool treatment. The property was undergoing renovation so the parking was mostly blocked on our side of the property - stairs unusable and more walking for us...

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind. The rooms were much bigger than expected and hand everything plus some of what you would need for a multiple night stay. We were able to bring our dog as they are pet friendly and that was a plus for us. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but everything looked fresh each morning!

We stayed in room 232 and our only complaint was there was no base rubber on the door. There was about 1/2 inch of openness under our door that allowed a few gnats into the room (were there when we first walked in) we took a towel and rolled it up and put it between the door and the ground to close up the space. After that we had no other problems with the sunlight or gnats bugs etc.

I have been traveling to Beaumont every two weeks for months, I’ve jumped from place to place because I wouldn’t find a place with an affordable rate and it also be clean. This is an amazing place. So clean, and refreshing. Staff was amazing, and the bed are the best beds I’ve slept in. The water was hot, which doesn’t seem like much to ask for, but apparently it is. I was amazed with the full kitchen and space. Bathroom were amazing.

Nothing, it was really awesome. I’m hoping the rates will increase just a little to keep the place nice with good customers. I’m scared the current rates will bring in cheap customers and they will destroy the place.

Clean, very friendly staff (they all loved our 6month old daughter) breakfast was great, blackout blinds, full sized fridge and dishwasher, stovetop and cooking utensils

Pool was closed which was the main negative. Hotel was on main hwy which was noisy but inside the room could barely hear it with our white noise machine. Our 6month old daughter was able to sleep through the night, access to the room was from the outside giving a motel feel but the inside of the rooms was to a hotel standard.

The staff is amazing. The breakfast bar was the cleanest I have ever seen. I have never rated a hotel an have stayed at many over the years. After traveling for many days this was above an beyond my expectations. I have never thought I would be writing a review on not just a clean hotel but an amazing staff with above and beyond hospitality. Thank you everyone at the Baymont in Beaumont for a warming welcome an excellent staff!

Great location, Room was clean, modern furnishings, i wad wowed bc the kitchenette had cups, plates, napkins, can opener silverware, coffee/tea cups and glass drinking cups I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME! House keeping on point daily too! I booked for the week to arrange my brother’s funeral services and staying here made it a little less surreal.

Very clean, friendly staff!

There was a fire in the laundry room and lobby that started right after I checked in...had to stand outside for a few hours while the fire fighters did their thing. Not the fault of the staff just one of those fluke things. No internet the rest of the night. The staff was very helpful through the whole ordeal.

Breakfast was great!! And staff was very welcoming and very friendly and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

I wish they had a handle for the bath tub and also a TV guide on the wall of how to operate TV and the channels. It is confusing the guide on the TV.

Room was well stocked and very clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly, great easily accessible location and well lit parking. The breakfast was great, especially enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles.

1st room smelled strongly of mold, they moved us to another room and it still smelled like mold but was tolerable. Smell was coming from the AC unit.
