The pool was disappointing, water frequently covered the back walkway making using the rear door an unpleasant affair. The bed was a bit squeaky. The work table provided was directly next to the ac making it uncomfortable to sit at. One of the receptionist seemed to take long and frequent breaks.

Staff was great breakfast was good layout of the room was good shampoo conditioner body wash was good location was great quiet.

Beds and bedding are not comfortable and elevator got stuck several times used the stairs and carpet was not vacuumed at all nor in the hallways of theirs floor

The hotel was terrific. They had everything the way I needed it . It was wonderful to be close to elevator . I have an issue with walking and have to use a cane or walking chair so my request was taken care of before checking in. We had our dog with us an they have a dog park out back for them. It was a fast trip, but accommodation were perfect.

Perfect location surrounded by restaraunts and activities yet still quiet . Breakfast was good. Front desk was very helpful and assisted me with a problem and provided a solution for me. Big soft beds very comfortable and a spacious bathroom area

Pillows. I like the big fluffy pillows they provide 3 shorter pillows. Not a deal breaker just a preference

Your staff was truly what made our stay special, the senior citizen breakfast lady was so very kind to us and a family with two aistic children, her kindness moved us all

Probably the best thing was the cleanliness and nice modern room.

A little to high priced, but ok. The indoor pool was empty, and closed. The breakfast was mediocre, like most . Unfortunately, American motels offer the same mediocre breakfast with terrible meat patty of breakfast sausage, and fake eggs scrambled, doesn’t matter 3 or 4 stars ! sad

Rooms were clean and cool

Not enough breakfast and needed alot more help at the front desk. Took 30 min to check in people standing in line and it felt like no air conditioning on.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious.

Although there was handrails in the tub there was no way to sit in the bathtub to shower for my Mother even though it was supposed to be handicap accessible.

Breakfast was good, bed and room were good.

Check in was terrible. There were 4 employees trying to check in 4 guests and it seemed like they didn't know how. It took a long time. Seemed like they were all new employees and hadn't been trained.

Love the location.

The elevator needs some love and attention. It’s downright scary stopping on the 4th floor. Lots of shuddering and settling.
