Your facility and our room were clean, nice and comfortable. The pool was nice. Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. It was so nice to have washer/drier facilities available. We have been on the road long enough it was a perfect time to freshen up some things. There were several restaurants nearby, but we recommend you try El Potro just behind the hotel. It is a family run Mexican style place and we found the food to be quite good.

The entry light switch for the room was broken. Overall, the room felt dark after sundown, even with all the lights on. In general, the beds were soft and comfortable. They were high enough to be a climb to get into, (we are average height 5'4" and 6") and the edges were soft enough to roll you out onto the floor if you got too close to the edge.

The staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, decent for continental. The juice machine was out but did provide juice from the gallon. Close to shops and not far from the water. Stayed here before knew what to expect.

Water pressure was low to none, the water line was being repaired, and it put a stop to showering or restroom. We arrived near the end of repair, so it did not take long for water to return, the pressure was not as strong as it should have been. I know it was unavoidable on the hotel's part, just slightly inconvenienced.

The location is amazing! On our 1st day, Saturday, the staff was spot on!

On our last day (Tuesday), I couldn't even get a coffee cup, and the breakfast was seriously lacking. No fruit, no cups for coffee (which both my guest and I had requested separately). If your restaurant is under construction, shouldn't what you can offer be consistent?

It was very nice and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. They had good TV stations, it was a smoke free hotel, the pool is indoors. The room was big as well as the bathroom, great hot water and shower pressure was amazing. There was a microwave and mini fridge as well.

Breakfast sucked. They did not have a lot of options, it was pretty much a waffle or cereal. They have several things out of order though, the hot tub, one of the elevators, a side door and the coffee machine.

The suite was excellent. It was very spacious and clean. Pull out couch for the kids and a small kitchen. Breakfast was very good. There were so many different choices for everyone’s likes. Staff was friendly. We stayed here for our night before the cruise. It was about a 35 minute drive to port. Great location at not the crazy Galveston prices.

The front office people were accommodating and friendly. There was a problem with my booking where i paid extra for late checkout until 1. The hotel had late checkout until 12 only, but they honored the 1pm checkout to not inconvenience my family.

The pool. The jacuzzi didn't work and the pool was very cold. The pool area looked rundown.

The breakfast was really, really good. Bacon and sausage!! Waffles were good too, better than all the hotels I have been to in the last 1.5 months. Every day, they added a new flavor, plus the original. The beds were comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cook greeted everyone in the morning and took care of the station very well. Attentive. Different options for restaurants in area.

The room is good, the breakfast is pretty good, and the location is great. The management is better than it was when I visited in March.

The pool was very warm last time, but this time the pool was too cold and the hot tub was broken (which connects to the pool, likely being the reason the pool was closed). The beds are somehow not too comfortable. Can't put my finger on why. They should put better pillows on the beds. They are so soft. Or, offer different kinds of pillows. There are no waffles at breakfast. There are at the Wingate in Tulsa, for example.

Clean room, friendly staff,

When I booked I told them I was in a wheelchair but was given the furthest room down the long hall. Also the beds were way to high. I need help getting into bed and it became a real chore to get lifted that high. Also once in the bed it was so hard I couldn’t stay asleep due to the pain on my hips. Great pillows though.
