What a fantastic hotel - very comfortable room - spacious bathroom and amazing rainfall shower with city views. Lovely treat to arrive in the room to prosecco and chocolate strawberries. Shout out to Leo in the Midnight Rambler bar - ace cocktails and very friendly bar tender who went out of his way to make our visit extra enjoyable. Roof top pool with bar was a big hit in the sun and again the staff went out their way to look after us and ensure we enjoyed our poolside visit.

Nothing - great hotel from arrival to departure we were looked after. (Perhaps some black out blinds in the bathroom might help as the light shines through to the bedroom but really not a complaint/more suggestion).

Kudos to Antonio Vargas, Sasetta Restaurant General Manager for exhibiting excellent customer service to me and my wife during our dinner experience at Sasetta. Me and my wife had coffee the following morning at the coffee shop. I ordered LARGE Americano coffee and my wife ordered a SMALL cup of citrus drink. The staff gave me the same size cup as my wife (small) The staff said that since I ordered Americano coffee, it uses the same size cup as a small non-coffee drink and is considered as a LARGE CUP for Americano coffee. That is confusing. I thought maybe she forgot that I ordered large so she just came up with an excuse for the mistake

The room was spectacular! Excellent View and accommodations! The Pool and bar is unique and really nice, but you have to get there early as it is small and has limited seating. The staff was great, Ella , at the front desk, was especially kind and generous, and the valet / driver team were excellent! There were a few hiccups at the beginning and end of the stay, but in all, it was very nice.

Check-in was delayed for quite a while. The check-in time was 15:00, but we weren't able to get into the room until after 17:00. While it did give us time to visit the pool/bar area, we could not change. The late check in also crunched the time for getting ready for the evening plans. The manager did allow us to extend our check-out an hour w/out charge, but we had to ask. Honestly, considering the venue, I think that kind of thing should have been offered.

Beautiful big rooms. A great bathroom and one which made sense for double sink usage etc. very comfortable bed and a good nights sleep even on NYE. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

It falls into the category of hotels who take from you rather than give to you with the minibar being very expensive, breakfast not being included etc. didn’t impact our stay or experience but would be more customer focussed to be included.

This place really embodies customer service and class. I've stayed in several hotels in Dallas and this place has become my all time favorite. From valet, to room service, to in-room dining, to housekeeping you will be hard pressed to find anything negative about this place. You feel welcomed from the time you greet the folks at the front desk. In a day and age where finding excellent customer service is difficult this hotel restores your faith. Kudos to the owner and management for a truly top notch experience. The hotel is quite lovely too. I really love the huge bathrooms and showers. Rooms and beds are cozy, comfortable and most importantly QUIET.

the staff are the number one asset, the facilities come in number two, and the location comes in at number three

The coffee shop in the lobby needs to be brought up to speed with the rest of the facilities. I tried the coffee three times, the first time it was great but the last two times I had to return the coffee it was undrinkable.

Super location, great rooms, Sassetta Restaurant fabulous but what made our trip so memorable and special was the staff especially Jon Paul Barnes. Such a wonderful person. He went above and beyond to make us feel truly welcome and special. He’s a real standout for the hotel and really made our 10 day trip with the family for Christmas a truly memorable one.

We got stuck in Dallas due to an ice storm and the city shut down. We barely made it to the hotel as the road conditions got hazardous very quickly. The staff was so kind and accommodating. We had spent a week traveling already and were headed home with bags full of dirty clothes. They do not have a laundry service, but got housekeeping to wash clothes for us (enough for 3 days). The city was covered in ice but the wonderful valet manager grabbed our hands and walked us to a restaurant that was open so we could eat. We also ate at the hotel restaurants (excellent food) and had room service. 10/10 recommend everything from food, service, cleanliness, and staff. I suspect the hotel staff was stranded there too, but were all smiles after not being able to go home for several days.

While the food and service was excellent, the 19% service charge on everything (even bringing a pizza up from the restaurant ourselves) was a bit much.

Location is exceptional right in front of the eye sculpture, staff are very attentive and always happy to help any hotel questions, directions to places or even they provide good recommendations for places to go. The rooms are very modern and well kept.

Coffee shop wasn't the best down there but I think is not hotel operated.

The staff were phenomenal, very helpful and kind. The building itself was clean, well decorated, and relaxing. Compared to the city outside. I also love a good valet service. They were quick & polite. The house car was a nifty convenience to have as well. I will surely be back.

Nothing to dislike, I had a great stay.
