The location was great. On and off the interstate was super easy! The hotel was clean, they are renovating the hotel at this time but it did not interfere with our stay! The staff was super friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. The pillows weren’t so great but at least they were the regular size versus the small ones you find now a days in hotel rooms. It did look like they may of just renovated our room on the 3rd floor. They do have shampoo/Conditioner and body gel in shower if you forget them, also body lotion out at the sink area. Towels were big which is awesome the last 2 hotels we stayed at had such small ones.

The only thing honestly we can say that was unsatisfactory was that the fridge didn’t have a freezer and the microwave was small.

The property was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was delicious! I will definitely stay here again when in the area!!! When I say the staff was friendly that’s a little understated. Every single person we interacted with was helpful and happy. It was a wonderful experience.

I did not realize that breakfast did not come with the room and had to be paid separately. Not sure if it is that way all the time or just because they were a place for voting.

Everything, I was having a hard time traveling and was not able to get all my luggage to my room etc. Brian & Barbara were the two reservation cl Er rid who assisted me. They could not have helped me more, I am so grateful for those two, I do not think I could have made it without their help; I am being very truthful. I was in so much pain and I could barely walk with my cane. The room was so great, beautiful furniture with great beds, nice tv, very clean clean, hc accessories were good. I just loved the Hilton Garden Inn and I will definetely stay there if I am ever needing a place to stay in Denton TX again. Lisa

Great value and convenient location

Bed was a bit firm for our taste and including breakfast like everyone else would be ideal--but they didn't promise breakfast so our expectations we met very well.

Easy to get to from the main highway. Excellent service from those that work the front desk all the way to those that work at the bar and restaurant. Michelle was fantastic! Everyone you encounter is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I travel from NM to FL many times a year and I ALWAYS stay here as I pass through TX. I’m NEVER disappointed. I highly recommend you stay here.

I did get a handicap room I didn't ask for that but the room seemed a little small but it was still a good stay thank you again

Loved most everything

Loved everything except that I had to pay an additional $15 for my breakfast that I never have to pay for at all the other Hilton properties I have stayed at.

Very comfy hotel! Awesome beds, amazing sheets that didn't have a heavy bleach smell. Great pillows. The room was comfortable and set up nice. The AC worked great. The pool area was nice and we loved the hot tub.

Needed better sound proofing. You could hear the rooms around and make out exact words in their conversation.

I always enjoy staying at the Hilton it's one of the best and clean hotels to stay at thank you for everything you do.

I think the rooms are a little high at $200 a night but it is still a nice place to stay.
