The breakfast was great! I am gluten intolerant and I had several good options to eat - the Oikos Yogurt (with flavors to choose from!), fresh fruit, and eggs were nice. If possible, please consider adding food allergen images to your food labels - like a no wheat, no dairy, or no nut symbol. Things like that go a long way for guests with allergies - which is becoming more and more common. I didn’t try several items that might have been fine for me because I wasn’t sure.

I wish the parking lot was better lit - I was nervous as a solo female traveler as the parking near the building was limited and not well lit.

Rooms always very clean

A couple of details with breakfast. Running out of things on more than one day, short of bagels, eggs, etc and took too long to re-fill. The other thing is the pancake machine, out of period the entire time we were there, worst thing is that this is not the only facility where holiday inn express has this issue. For the rate I would expect everything works appropriately

Breakfast was exceptional and large variety. The rooms were ample and comfortable. Parking was plenty and well lighted.

Offering a complimentary snack during evening, like infused flavor water or small apples,oranges or even mini bags of pretzels. When coming from a long trip a little pick me upper helps.

The facility is very clean, and employees very cordial. The rooms are comfortable and the beds and pillows are nice and comfortable. It's very quiet and no disturbances making it easy to rest when in our rooms. The location is close to several restaurants and close to the location we visit when we are in El Paso.

Breakfast hours could be extended to 10:00 during the week. When visiting our relatives we are usually in late and want to sleep a little later than getting up for breakfast at 8:00 in order to have breakfast. Later than that there is hardly anything left. However there is a fairly nice selection and we really enjoyed the new pancake maker machine.

Nice, large, modern, clean room. Decent food for the included breakfast. Good location if you are on the West side. Next to a major road with fast connections.

An area where you need a car. Walking around to the different restaurants in the area, often there are no sidewalks and one has to walk in the street.

The location

The window drapes and the coffee pot and found ice cream in the fridge! That showed that maybe the person cleaning the room did not even look in the fridge!!

Great Hotel, comfy beds as usual, everything looks new. Breakfast was amazing, the lady on shift did a great job keeping everything clean and refilled.

My girlfiend went and got breakfast she liked it and I slept well didn’t wake up with a stiff neck.

Tv could have been a little better. Should have Rokus so people can log into their streaming apps

The beds are huge and so comfortable. We scored a ground level room. The hotel is 5 minutes from family.

The room was right next to a busy side entrance and the door slammed a lot.. Not enough parking on the front side.
