A very comfortable stay, would book here again. AC worked, bed was comfortable, room was clean and large, shower was hot. Grab bar present for tub/shower combo. Refrigerator. Rug looked very clean. Cotton sheets! No duvet/sheet combo so I could just use top sheet, yay! Wastebasket in room AND bathroom (pet peeve to only have 1) Price was right. Friendly efficient desk staff. I can't comment on breakfast, did not partake. Did not use tv or wifi. Elevator and bellman carts avail for moving in. Location close to I-10 and a Starbucks, other fast food; easy to get back on the road in am.

No freezer compartment in fridge. Observed interesting combo of recent paint/remodel but chipped tub, cracked elevator panels - aesthetics only. Pillows too firm for me but I travel with one so not an issue. Only one power outlet in lamp on bedside table so I needed to use my travel power strip. No major issues.

The person at reception was very friendly, and the rest of the staff I encountered were generally polite as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and all of the facilities worked well.

The breakfast was a great disappointment. It consisted of bread slices, cereals, milk, coffee, and orange juice. No eggs, bagels, potatoes, ham, bacon, or gravy, at least some of the above which is what I would usually expect in a hotel breakfast (or at the very least, a cheese and cold cuts meat spread). Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which I usually see in every hotel that I visit these days.

The price and convenient location was excellent plus having the waffle iron for waffles in the morning was one of the reason we stayed there. Our kids love waffles.

The only black mark on this hotel is that the room floors creak when walked upon and that the TV was unavailable in the rooms all weekend due to the cable companies incompetence and not repairing them for the holiday weekend.

Pretty quiet motel, really not a whole lot of people, that's all we needed as we were attending a funeral

Front desk was great! He recommended a great Mexican restaurant! Room clean! I loved that the sheets were NOT strongly scented with laudry product.

No coffee maker in room! No hand held shower Pillows worn out We drank coffee and orange juice and ate tangerine. I am gluten intolerant so I could not eat anything else. In spite of the items above we enjoyed our stay and would recommend your hotel.

Hotel does not offer any frills but it met all my needs/expectation. It is close to the airport; near the interstate and convenient to area attractions. The zoo and Chamizal is less than 2 miles. Plenty of restaurants and fast food places near by. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful whenever I asked for information. Hotel has a pool, saw it from my room but did not use it; was busy enjoying El Paso. Room is dated but would stay there again in a heartbeat. I feel that it was worth what I paid for it.

The breakfast selection is VERY limited, underwhelming describes it better

The jetted tub was great, but it nearly doubled the cost.

Could hear the traffic noise. TV was too small & only had basic cable.

The room and stay were great. Loved the fact that there was a waffle iron in the kitchen area for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like that the floor would creek when we would would walk on it. Otherwise, the hotel was great.
