The pool

When we checked in we asked about the shuttle service and we were told we couldn't have one. Only certain people got to use the shuttle. This was at 8pm. The next morning I went back to the desk and they said there was a shuttle. I was very upset all night because one of the reasons I pick this hotel was that it said it offered a free shuttle to the airport. It worked out in the end but the night staff needs to know what's going on.

First and foremost, the person at the front desk sets the tone for your stay. Dawn was at the desk. She helped me check in early which was inconvient for her but was happy to do so. She set the tone with her professionalism and willingness to help. She was great!

Floor three smelled like skunk weed but not my room.

I liked that I got a text from Ivy, the virtual Concierge at the hotel letting me know they were expecting me and was there anything I might need that she could help me with. I wrote back asking if there were any Diet Dr. Peppers in the soda case or should I bring my own. She replied and said YES we have Diet Dr Pepper. I wrote back and said, "You are my new Best Friend then." I was surprised when I read her response,"THANK YOU DEAR BRYAN !!! Thanks, and safe travels!" I thought that was so nice of someone to say. When I arrived at the hotel, there were two women standing at the front desk, both wearing these lovely bright yellow uniforms, smiling as I walked up to the desk. One lady said Welccme to Comfort Inn are you checking in? I said I was but I wanted to talk to Ivy first. They both started to laugh, and finally she said, "You must be Gretchen." Then we were both laughing about the texts and I said I'd been on vacation and had stayed in 17 different hotels and not one of them had ever sent me a text like that and never had I felt like it was real. And whoever came up with the idea was a genius, and they said it was someone in the Corporate Headquarters. But we were talking, and the other woman was asking me about my vacation and where I had been and I told her and she asked me when my plane got in and I said, "I don't fly. I've been on a road trip." And she said, "You drove all this way by yourself?!" Well, between Ivy continuing to check people in, this other woman and I kept talking like old friends. You have two of the nicest employees, and certainly the best PR staff in any hotel I'd stayed in. I felt like we were old friends by the time I got the luggage out of my car, bought my Diet Dr Peppers and went upstairs. By the time I came downstairs the next morning and walked out the door for good, I felt like had two new friends.

That I couldn't stay another couple of days. Great room, very comfortable bed, great reading nook with good lighting, and excellent water pressure!!!

Location was great! The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all so kind, helpful and attentive!

Breakfast was ok. We wished there was a little more of a variety. We understood that it was completely full so we knew that it would be busy. It was a little noisier than we would have liked during bed time hours. We heard banging and stomping above for hours.

Location & price fit my needs. It was clean.

The woman who checked me in could have been friendlier and faster. She kept speaking in low mumble and wasn’t really speaking directly to me. I was glad she was there though, because I didn’t arrive till 2AM. The breakfast was too processed, especially the thin round pressed circles of egg. Edible, but not attractive or very filling.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! The hotel could use a few upgrades, but they MORE than make up for this with their OUTSTANDING staff (friendly, helpful and kind), cleanliness and nice location. I was trapped in Dallas during an ice storm, and I felt very safe and comfortable here. I actually transferred to this hotel from another location that was not the best...and I am SO HAPPY that I made the switch! I would have been bummed to miss out on this hidden gem.

There's really nothing to complain about. As I mentioned, a few updates to the building would be nice. But the hotel is more than worth the price!

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean and smelled clean. We got a suite so it was large with a large bathroom. Has USB plugs in the lamp on the desk incase you forget your charger box.

Nobody was really welcoming. Breakfast wasn't great but ok. You have to request towels and your room to be cleaned. We were there Mon-Fri so we just never had our room cleaned or towels changed. Walls and ceiling were thin. I could hear the guy next to us snore and the people above us stomped around all day and night.

Loved the wide variety of Breakfast options and staff was friendly and attentive. My room was kept clean as the house keepers were spectacular. P.s. I’m getting a bed like the one at the hotel at my house. My sleep was great every night.

The neighbors were playing loud music and talking loud so it interrupted my sleep

It was ok, only problem to many kids was surrounded by food. Little kids. But housekeeping really kept that lobby smelling sooo good lol. Best smelling Libby I've ever smelled in a comfort inn.

Well I was near an side entry door which I feel after a certain hour that door should remain locked. It was so annoying to hear people coming in at late hours of the night. It kept breaking up my sleep. That was my only problem at that hotel.

Facility, breakfast selections, plus cleanliness of food and dining area, front desk staff. Quietness and spaciousness of our room.

A few bugs (roaches) in our room, the room smelled a little musty, and the bathroom shower floor tile looked rough and dirty. I'm being a little picky (except for the bugs),but I wanted you to know.
