The room was very impressive. I had a king suite and it was the most spacious motel room I've ever had. The private balcony was a big plus as well. This room was actually 2 rooms not counting the bathroom. A spacious living room with sofa, arm chairs, work desk and chair, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and a sink. The bedroom itself was larger than most motel rooms with a king-size bed that was very comfortable and a flat screen TV as well. The bathroom was spacious for a motel with a large sink area, jacuzzi tub and shower.

About the only thing I didn't like was the annoying racket from the pool pump. It sounded like a tornado siren and was nearly as loud in the first room they gave me. My first room was first floor, ground level, right beside the pool. There was no way I could tolerate the noise much less sleep. I notified the front desk and was moved to a similar suite two floors up on the third floor. I was directly above the first room so the pool was still just outside my window but by being two stories above it the noise was still audible but tolerable.

The staff are always so friendly and under my unfortunate circumstances they were exceptionally sweet to me and my daughters.

The suite we were in was right by the pool. There were two other guest that would enter and exit through the pool door and would slam the gate over and over from about 10pm till about 4am. The first room we were in had a few issues so thats when they moved us to another room.The tile baseboard was coming off and the toilet in the room they moved us to would run about every 30 minutes. On the plus side when we arrived the room I reserved wasn’t available so they upgraded me to suite.

The staff was great, the rooms have a small closet with doors and spacious, there was ample space outside to go walk around by yourself or saw several people walking those animals with no problems, needs were comfortable and on the weekend there's a little more to have for breakfast then on the weekdays.

The pool area needs a little attention maintenance wise but overall it was a good place.

The location was great we were close to everything we needed. The staff was great also and we asked for extra towels and got them right away. They have breakfast from 7-10 I believe she said, we didn’t eat breakfast but there were a few people in there when we checked out

When I booked it said a spa tub and it was just a regular tub and the drain stopper didn’t work which was fine for me and my husband since we use the shower mostly but my kids like baths

The staff was beyond nice. My key wouldn't work and they came right up made sure I had the key that did work. They were just very very nice. Anytime Ithey saw someone in the hall or in the breakfast room or anything they made sure they went over and ask them how they were doing and if there was anything I could do to make things more comfortable for them.

The only thing that I didn't like was they were doing construction which they could not help. But they still went out of their way to make sure that people were comfortable even with the construction.

I booked the rooms for my parents and my sister because my house at the lake is very small. My answers are based on what they told me. They didn't really eat the breakfast. They said the rooms were nice and clean. A/C was working great in the rooms but the halls and elevator were hot. As to the rooms being close together, they were on different floors but right above/below each other - so they sort of fulfilled my request.

My parents are 89 years old - I booked a handicap room for them. I was a little surprised it was on the 3rd floor, but with the elevator it was fine. Unfortunately the elevators broke down over the holiday weekend which left my parents having to use the stairs. My sister helped them and then when they were checking out, a hotel employee helped them with getting their luggage downstairs. I feel like they did the best they could in that situation.

Clean and relatively quiet for a pet friendly hotel

A dog wandered thru the breakfast area and wasn't on a leash. When the dogs owner followed a few minutes layer, she tried to herd the dog away instead of picking the dog up or attaching a leash

They room was very clean staff was super nice.

When we checked in the elevators were not working and we were on the third floor, so we had to go up three flats of stairs, the second night we did not have water for about 45 minutes

The room was affordable and staff was above excellent also had HOT breakfast which wasn't mentioned in description,only mentioned breakfast. I would stay again.

Room description was misleading. Supposed to have a king room with sleeper sofa. I used booking.com and put in 4 adults, 7 children. It auto selected me for total of 3 rooms that was called an "apartment" and 2 suites. Therefore i thought we had enough beds but we had 3 sleeping on the floor.

They remodeled it and turned out very nicely. The location is pretty good, considering it was close to the lake. Close to several places to eat and a movie theater right across the street.

Can't really complain about much. Get your money's worth.
