I stayed at this hotel before last year and the first time I walked into the lobby and saw how clean it was, I thought to myself I wonder if the rooms are the same and sure enough they where. The. counter personal was very nice and greeted me in a welcome home manner. I love the room very spacious and clean although the sofa bed looked like it needed to be replaced. The location is good there's a gas station across and a Walmart so I love hotels where you can actually walk to get things you need although is a bit like hidden but it's not important and the hotel alone looks like it's safe no sketchy people and it's quiet and the rooms are big and spacious and clean so I love it

The sofa bed is the only thing that need to be replaced since it doesn't look good in a clean room.

They cleaned the room, changed our towels and took the trash out everyday. Also, they gave me a room to facilitate the mobility of my grandma who uses wheelchair.

The breakfast was not okay. I was barely able to take a portion of eggs and a toast por my grandma but for me, there was only sausages, and no more food was taken out for us to complete our plate (at least the time that we were there in the lobby). Still, there were sweet options such as cereal, milk, jam...

Location was ideal for an overnight stay before we flew out of Houston Hobby airport. It is close to Walmart and restaurants. We were met by the owner who runs the place and he granted our request for a quiet room. The hotel is clean, well maintained and had all the essentials for an overnight stay. Great value for money. Simple breakfast provided and was sufficient for us. We were not expecting a full breakfast.

Maybe some hangers in the room to hang our clothes.

Convenient location (close to food, Houston space centre, shopping etc), very clean and extremely comfortable room, everything in the room was working (tv, wifi, air con etc), staff were friendly and the owner put us in a quiet room so we could recover from our jet lag after coming all the way from Australia! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again if we come back to Houston!

It was clean , Walmart was across the street, and the staff was pretty nice

I went to work when I came, back and didn't have any towels in my room.. the toilet bowl stopped working, I had to keep putting my hand in the back of it to make it flushed that was room 220,

Location was great. Across the street from a gas station and a Walmart which made it so convenient. The parking lot had 1 entrance and 1 exit- with cameras in the office to keep an eye on all the vehicles in the parking lot. Made us feel very safe.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Great location if the airport is your focus. Seems like rooms are renovated, they were super clean and much better than I would have expected.

Don't love the whole motel vibe of doors opening directly to the outside, but it comes with the territory.

I had the impression that this is a very well managed place. When I checked in late at night, the reception staff was very nice and polite. The room was above my expectations and it was visibly very clean. Very comfortable in general. The area has great access to major roads for onward journey and is also in the middle of an area with large shops like a Walmart supercenter etc. It was a pleasant stay.

It was in a good location near plenty of restaurants and literally walking distance to a Walmart. For the price I paid the size of the room was well worth it. plenty of spaces to sit, relax and eat. In my opinion it was very clean. The A/C was in a convenient location, and it was adjustable and got plenty cold if you like that. My room had a TV, a mini fridge, a microwave, an iron, decent room to hang clothes, and a desk with an Ethernet port if your I need a using a laptop.

The only major thing that I did not like about this location was the fact that the parking was not 100% gated up. But I did not experience and sketchy individuals nearby during my stay and my vehicle was well within view of my room. The only minor thing was that my bed did not have a comforter on a sheet. I personally did not mind, but for others this may be very inconvenient. Walk in shower had the shower head very high so for shorter folks it may be difficult to adjust where you want it to spray, and it had no place to hold on to inside the shower so may be a bit slippery/dangerous for older folks. I personally had no issues with it.

Location was terrible in terms of taxi to the airport after midnight. Location was good for convenience shopping and fast food. Phone carrier was 5 minutes away to purchase a phone plan or SIM.

Getting a cab at 2 am to the airport was very difficult. The staff assisted but was not able to get a receipt needed for reimbursement. Needs a secure wifi connection not the open unsecure internet connection present. I used my data as opposed to the unsecure wifi.
