We arrived at 8 pm at the airport and went to get the shuttle at terminal C. We waited at least 45 minutes for the shuttle to your hotel and no one informed us that the shuttle didn’t come to C at that time of the evening. It was frustrating not to have information about your shuttle service as that was one of the reasons we chose to slept overnight at your hotel. It would be helpful to have that information we we confirmed our booking with you

The hotel is nice with good staff and comfort. Room is large and comfortable.

However, I'd expect the location would be easier to reach from airport, since it is named as an airport hotel. We asked the hotel for shuttle prior to our journey but did not receive any answer. Then we could only reach by taxi. The location is not good because it is neither close to airport, nor close to the closest town (Humble) , so for each access you need a taxi (or similar) . Hotel should provide at least shuttle from airport. There was free breakfast but it is not served early. As an airport hotel, considering the early flights, breakfast should be served earlier.

Was able to sleep 5, great price was clean and felt safe.

Beds were older and broken down causing poor sleep. Told them 5 adults staying, only given 3 towels, was able to get more without issue. Toilet paper was less than half a roll and no spare in restroom. Only one working elevator. Would still stay here again.

Breakfast was very good, had everything I needed for a healthy breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Seating was comfortable. Bed/bedding were comfortable. Staff was great.

It was hard to find the location of the hotel. Would have appreciated better directions on website.

First and foremost the employee working the check in was awesome. Jerome or Jermaine sorry had a long day yesterday with flight cancellations. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We can’t express how much he helped us late at night.

I liked the room size, how clean the bathtub was, and the reception was so pretty with the fireplace and at outside patio they had pretty hanging lights. :)

The floor in the rooms make too much noise, sounds like old wood floors. You can even here when people are walking in the floor above.

That they had a room available after our hotel room got sold at another property. The pool was nice even if we didn’t get in water because too cold. They offered breakfast. The facility is very nice. They have a little courtyard that has umbrella tables, ceiling fans and a nice grill. Rooms have mini fridge and microwave which come in handy. Free Wi-Fi

Coffee pot was a pod type since I brought my own coffee that didn’t work well. Walls were kind of thin. Tv channel selection wasn’t much. Breakfast options could have been better but I’m a picky eater.

Even though the facility is in the middle of renovations it was clean. Staff was friendly and provided assistance when requested. Pet friendly facility with clean rooms, floors, and linens.

I didn’t realise there wouldn’t be a bar or anything, with not travelling to the US often, I wasn’t aware that inns and suites are more like a motel than a hotel, but my mistake …
