Clean, comfortable and convenient. Lori the shuttle driver was helpful, friendly and made sure the restaurant would take care of us even though we were a late arrival. Gabby in the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

The shuttle pickup at Terminal B is NOT at the door. It is in the garage area. We were told the shuttle would arrive in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes we called and the front desk said it had already come by. We told her it had not as well as another couple that had waited for over an hour. She again told us to stay by the door. Finally, someone at the airport told us to go to the garage.

I had chosen to stay at this Holiday Inn because it was close to the airport and i had to take an early flight the next morning to Chicago. Everything was fine and i needed to stay at this hotel to rest a little before my next flight the next morning. The bed was comfy and the room was very pleasant but i did not make use of the breakfast or i didn't recall if there was any available when i arrived late at night at this hotel. But the check-in and check-out were very easy and straightforward.

Not much food was available at the front lobby in the early morning to grab before heading to the airport.

Good staff, very comfortable beds, handy to airport (although Uber at the time was offering $50 fares so be careful). Free shuttle back to the airport.

Breakfast was looking like it was over at 9am - even though it was advertised to go to 10am. There was a guy there cooking fresh omelettes which was nice, but the other hot food had gone luke warm. bad lighting in restaurant part made it appear older and dimmer than it was.

The bedroom & bathroom have been renovated however the shower area deserved more attention (the shower head should have been replaced, for instance), and so the toilet. Not much water coming out of the existing shower head. The room was comfortable but too noisy (from the inside and out).

Conveniently located to the airport with a couple restaurants in walking distance, we even received a voucher for a complimentary appetizer. The room was clean & comfortable and the bathroom well laid out with the best power shower I’ve had in awhile!

They don’t have airport shuttles but luckily we had a rental car.

Checkin was quick and the staff very pleasant. The room was large, recently renovated by its appearance, very clean, and the motif was muted and restful. The Blue Dixie restaurant included in the hotel serves basically good pub food which is pricey compared to my precovid experience but no higher than elsewhere. The usual amenities are present - fridge, Kurig coffee machine, hair dryer , iron, large comfortable king bed, wall mounted HDTV, and lots of electrical plugs wherever you need them.

The property can only be assessed on JFK BLVD north which can create problems i approaching west along the feeder road . We had to circle back on other roads to get to the northern approach on JFK . Perhaps using GPS would have helped us . There is a very large parking lot that is well lit. The presence of a security guard circulating in a small cart might indicate a problem if he was not there. We did not feel threatened.

The breakfast we were expecting a croissant in a plastic wrap so were very pleasantly surprised by the huge variety of foods on offer and the charming person who served us. The reception staff could not have been more kind and helpful, I think it was Lilian who looked after us so well, she was so nice.

Staff, OLA at evening checkin was excellent! The evening waitress was excellent and the food was cooked to our satisfaction. The room was clean and presentable. The evening pickup shuttle driver as well as the morning driver were excellent.

It was excellent, friendly staff. Was treated very nice when I checked in I am a HIG member My waitress at the restaurant was exceptional!!

The only thing I didn’t like was they only picked up at terminal A.I always fly United .
