I loved everything ABOUT THIS PLACE from the warm inviting entrance to the wonderful room to the wonderful breakfast the next morning.

I didn't get to say at the Country I mm where I had my reservation. I had to go next door to their sister's facility because my reservation was not granted. Even though I made it a week in advance. Also the pool had no type of heating system it was 🥶 extremely cold when I were that night during the adult hours. It was a very horrible experience. No kind of heating system, THE INDOOR POOL was one of the main reasons that I chose this place.

Th staff was wonderful and the facility was awesome. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our visit. We will definitely visit this area again

I lost my air pods in one of the rooms and contacted the hotel about it. Even though my air pod location was still showing they were still in the hotel. Nobody ever contacted me back about it. After I reached out twice about my air pods that cost $800

Nearby Airport, Bed was comfortable, spacious rooms, friendly staff and breakfast included was decent.

Wasn't able to walk anywhere outside the hotel due to no public footpaths, so I required a taxi or Uber to get around since we didn't have a car.

There was another group in the pool that began arguing. Screaming and hollering. It began before we even got to the pool. I know this because the guests across the hall from us told us about it. By the time we got there they were screaming and hollering. The manager didn't do anything. They left on their own. There were no pool towels so I went to the desk to get towels and that's when the clerk started venting to me that they had plenty of towels, but the guests that were arguing had used all the towels and had been in the pool since they checked in. It was now after 10 PM

They have a nice friendly staff and clean facility. Hotel is in a good location. Although the pool was under maintenance we were given the opportunity to swim at the hotel next door.

On previous visits here their was a jacuzzi. On this visit we noticed that it had been removed. This was a little disappointing.

Very spacious room. Comfy bed. Great location and amazing staff! Shuttle to the airport was great! We will definitely come again!

I believe we missed out on the amazing breakfast that most are talking about. We still found stuff to eat. Thank you. We also found a clamp of hair that wasn't ours in the bad.

Breakfast was great! It's was great to have breakfast @ 5:30 am before heading to the airport for our early flight. I requested for the airport shuttle the night before and after having our breakfast, the shuttle took us to the airport.

There was no bottled water in the room, and I was too tired to request for it at the front desk.

Patrick and the other staff at the desk were really nice and gave excellent service. I was given a really nice upgrade since the room I booked was no longer available, and when the shuttle ran late Patrick offered to take me to the airport himself!!! He made my stay and departure very easy and seamless!

Breakfast was okay, delicious

My bedsheet were smelly. Seems like they were not changed after previous visitor. I kept thinking my toes were smelling but I constantly would take shower before I go to bed and smelled the stinky smell on the beddings. House keeping who change the beddings need to do a better job. How about air freshener too for the rooms, would be more welcoming to have a fresh smell.

BEST PART OF THIS STAY, THE STAFF! EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON THIS PROPERTY WAS SO NICE, HELPFUL, AND FRIENDLY..THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF ESPECIALLY... NEVER SEEN SUCH A PEPPY CREW READY TO CLEAN!

The bed in my room was ridiculously HARD! SO UNCOMFORTABLE!
