Staff were friendly. Room was clean and smelled good. Hotel was in a good part of town with plenty of things to do within close proximity. Pool was clean and warm. Hot tub was AMAZING. Will definitely stay again!

There were no towels in the pool/ spa area either time we went so we had to drip dry before we left. The lights in the pool and spa area didn’t work very well, and took forever to come on.

True to their word, they severed a continental breakfast. Everything was made hot and fresh. Ice was also provided apron request. They also had ice makers on the 1st floor.

The only point of note was the lack of shampoo and conditioner in my bathroom. Its ok because I always have my own. It's also good to know that you can always ask for more at the front desk or from the staff.

Our electricity had gone out and we decided to stay in a local hotel because my husband had to go to work in the morning and it's so hot here. We got in without any problems. The room was clean, the breakfast was excellent and the lady who was taking care of it was keeping it filled and removing your plates for you and friendly. She really made the stay over the top!

The friendly staff. Everyone was so nice and professional. Also, even though they were doing renovations, they still make sure that we could have breakfast! Other places would not do this! This property has an awesome indoor pool and hot tub too. The hours were 6 AM to 10 PM too. So my kids got to swim before check out! They loved it! The front desk attendant that checked us out…she was FANTASTIC!! So amazing. She needs a raise because she is going above and beyond in her role!! She is very sincere so you can tell that she loves her job. We will absolutely be back!!

can’t think of a thing right now. We had a key issue around 10 AM. But that was about it and it wasn’t anyone’s fault. We couldn’t get into our room when we came back from the pool but the front desk attendant handled the situation professionally and didn’t treat me like I was incompetent. She also made it a priority and was so friendly through it all. I really hope she’s the manager ☺️☺️ because she deserves it..she wasn’t just treating me like this too..it was EVERY guest! These days, that’s hard to find! Keep up the good work!(sorry I didn’t catch her name but she worked Sunday morning 7-3 shift I’m assuming) See you guys soon!!!!!! ☺️

The location was a nice location. No homeless hanging out or no one doing things they shouldn't be doing is a plus!

There was no do not disturb sign for the room. No to go containers available for breakfast to be able to eat in my room. There was one light bulb missing in the room as well as the toilet jigger was on backwards.

Was clean and comfortable

The inside of toilet in room 408 looked dirty , felt uncomfortable to go to the restroom , the staff faces looked like they were not happy to work there, they all had angry looks no smiles on their faces just a trans blank look in their faces , couple of times I tried to smile at them and they just looked like they were scared or angry to smile back.

Location and breakfast

The floor was extremely slippery. My elderly parents were at such a high risk of falling . The shower did not have a place to place the soap or shampoo . Very awkward . The light in the room was out and we had to rely on the lamps only which were not enough for safety entering the room .

I would have given the hotel 10 stars if not for the renovations. Improvements are great and expected for the success of a business. Because of the renovations the lobby and breakfast area were inaccessible. We were given a voucher and had to go across the parking lot to another hotel for breakfast but didn’t mind. The staff at LaQuinta was friendly. The room was very clean and smelled great. The beds were comfortable.

because the property was new the gps doesn’t recognize the location, so being out of Townes it was hard to navigate . work out room wasn’t available… big inconvenience. why 2 phones in the room. waste of space. the space on the night stand could be better used and more accessible if there wasn’t a phone there ( Other phone was located on the desk by the window). the toilet handle had to be jiggled every single time…otherwise it ran…every single time. there are no vending machines . The event we were there for ran late into the night… Access to vending machines would’ve been nice.

Staff is amazing!! Donovan at the front desk went above and beyond standard customer service, fixing a toilet issue (broken chain) without making us wait for maintenance to return after hours, lending extra hangers, giving food/drink spot recommendations, and plenty of extra towels. He was an absolute joy! Facilities were comfortable, clean, and more than adequate. Morning staff equally helpful, especially when, shortly after checkout, my ASD kiddo realized he was missing a favourite Lego themed pen: staff helped look, even letting him go back up to the room we'd just left, and thankfully was able to find it. Will definitely book again on our next trip to DFW!

Water pressure in shower could be a little better, but it's comparable to literally any other hotel and gets the job done :)
