Everything was excellent, the rooms were clean, the space was more than we expected, the room was perfect in all aspects. The lobby staff were very helpful and customer oriented. The pizza restaurant was an added luxury and the grill and bar was also an added luxury. We were very pleased with our stay here and will recommend it to all of our relatives and friends.

I feel everything was as excellent. The only thing that would have made it better if breakfast was served a little earlier, since our flight left early and we did not have a chance to enjoy the breakfast, however, the host was very understanding and provided Coffee to go which was really appreciated.

Location, quiet, on site restaurants. It was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff, especially in the restaurant and the breakfast buffet were so friendly and provided great service! They were very attentive.

The faucet in room 209 was VERY loose on the sink and extremely hard to operate. The handle to turn the water on was almost impossible to move, which may have had something to do with why the entire faucet assembly was so loose and not attached to the sink. The trim ring on the bathroom door was NOT attached. A small piece from the door /door frame fell as we opened door to depart the next morning. It’s hard to imagine that some of these issues were not noticed and reported as needed repairs by the housekeeping staff.

Unfortunately my flights had all been cancelled at DFW. Booked the room for a few hours of sleep- early morning flight (left at 5) and coffee and breakfast isn’t served until 6 am.

POA for improvement, Perhaps staff could ask for departure times from guests. And make some coffee and maybe some continental breakfast options for customers to take with. Options that don’t require a staff to necessarily cook. We left at 530 AM. Also, after over 12 hours of cancelled flights, we booked the room and requested a shuttle. The hotel shuttle never showed even after I called. We waited for over an hour for the shuttle . Ultimately had to take an Uber to the hotel. Made the day worse.

Bed and room were comfortable. Room was very clean. Coffee and most of the food was very good. Location to airport was good. Checkin staff were very good as were the staff serving breakfast.

Informed you at checkin that there was special parking for the car that required and entry code. Staff at bar was rude. Added on a 20% mandatory tip on the whole bill when using a $12 voucher. Shower in Toilet was leaking. Ice machine next to room was very noisy and can hear it in the room. Scramble eggs at breakfast were dried out.

It’s beautifully decorated

Walking into my room, I was hit immediately with a stale smell, which I smelled the entire time. Not pleasant! Also, on the reservation, I was told I had a free breakfast, but the clerk at the desk said I would have to pay for it. I showed him the reservation from Booking.com indicating I had a free breakfast, and he told me to come back in the morning and he would give me a voucher. This was inconvenient and unprofessional in those communications.

Good price, clean rooms, good location (close to the airport), overall great value for money.

I forgot 2 pieces of clothing, and after I left when I arrived at the airport and remembered, I contacted the hotel. They confirmed and I asked if they could send them to me by mail, they said yes and that I should return on Monday, since it was a Saturday. I called and emailed on Monday, and never got a response, much less was the clothes sent to me. Terrible customer service.

Proximity to the airport was perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Good value. Arrived very late after a long drive so didn’t get to enjoy the facilities.

The checking in the staff at 02:30am could be more friendly and more informative about breakfast times. We had breakfast included but I had to ask what were the time etc before proceeding to our room. Unless I asked I would not have been told. Arrived to breakfast the next morning and told sorry you need a breakfast coupon. Very embarrassing. The girl at the reception wasn’t the most friendly either and seemed not happy to be there when we went to get the voucher. Maybe she was just having a bad day! Dealing with the public you can’t be like this. Staff at breakfast were very nice.

The hotel was really nice for the price I paid for two nights! It's a little older but nothing is run down or looks to be in bad shape. The staff- especially at breakfast were all very friendly and housekeeping was kind enough to help me with a personal matter! (tying up my shirt in the back :) ) I really liked this place and would def stay here again!

very impressive suite, good seating area, nice small kitchen, good size bed, large television, good bath area fully supplied with bathroom essentials, clean hotel, friendly staff

the way the suites were designed it was difficult to get natural light in the room, so it was somewhat darker than I like, there were lights to use in the room but it was nt correctly aligned to capture the natural daylight.

I've stayed here before and loved it. I like how clean the hotel is. I can walk around in my room barefoot without my feet getting dirty. I loved the room and how quiet the hotel was. The best part was checkout time. We were able to check out at noon instead of 11. I do like that the hotel is gated because it does minimize the amount of people that can break into your vehicle.

The cost of breakfast, including cold breakfast for the price of the stay. I also didn't like that the entry gate side of the building never had parking, and it was shared with guests from another hotel. I prefer to park in the same side of my room so i can see my vehicle, but there was never any parking on that side. I had to park on the opposite side every night I was there.And there was no cable. I don't like signing into my streaming account at a place like a hotel, so there was nothing to watch for the kids. Each issue separately, wouldn't stop my from.going back, but for the price you pay for the stay, I'd expect a little bit more other than nothing more than a room.
