We had a very comfortable stay at quality Inn and suites. I would recommend it to everyone! It was affordable and it was in a very good location. I love it that it’s kind of tucked away from other busy streets. It was quiet and they had a very good breakfast.The staff was friendly and very helpful as well! We will definitely be regular customers there.

Evening front desk staff. I asked the lady about food delivery options. She was indifferent to my request. I was extremely tired in an unfamiliar place on a Sunday afternoon. There was no data in the room. I’m 65 years old. Her attitude and reaction to my request for information about food options upset me. I will rethink my next visit which is scheduled this month.

The bed was to small and it moved everytime you sat on it.. It's a full size that's not a queen.. Facility need an elevator.. No elevators at all.. Breakfast was awful. The microwave crossiant sandwhiches had mold on it and I grabbed another and molded also. So I just left and ate breakfast elsewhere.

Location is almost exactly halfway on a trip we take often. We look forward to arriving and having a comfortable night's sleep. Easy access to the highway is a bonus, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

just about 1 block off of the interstate but far enough away there was no noise. pretty landscaping all rooms have the doors on the inside of the hotel. the entire property was very clean the rooms were clean and in very good condition best hotel I stayed in on our trip

Very close to the highway and near the off-ramp and on-ramp, but just far enough away that road noise isn't an issue. Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff member. Everything was ready for us upon arrival.

The very nice front desk associate (Ms. Lesa). She was bright eyed and bushy tailed!!! Spoke and greeted us EVERY time it was her shift. My family & I had numerous of conversations with her during our stay. She even decorated the place very nice for the upcoming “Fall Season”!!! It was so cute and smelt good.

The “grumpy” front desk associate. My fiancé went out for breakfast and was told “Alright now don’t eat it all , because once it’s all gone it gone”. We felt it was very rude when he only fixed 1 waffle and had a cup of orange juice. She watched and had something to say about everyone who entered the lobby for early morning breakfast.

Face it; COVID-19 is forever. Why is it there is no uniformity in policies between all hotel locations? I don’t like “bagged” breakfast; I paid for a hot breakfast. So, provide a real hot breakfast or give vouchers at local restaurants that serve breakfast. Am I being picky? Yes; that’s the difference between a $50 place and one that charges more than twice that.

Parking lot needs a lot of work. Lines are virtually erased, pavement is in disrepair, shrubbery over-grows some of the parking spaces. Parking lot lighting does lend to a sense of security. What’s outside is as important as what’s inside.
