The price of the apartment for $326 is considered better than going to the hotel for approximately the same price. It is spacious and comfortable.

From the deposit money for damage I was charged $42, leaving the apartment in the same conditions. We were just my wife and daughter, I prefer to stay in a hotel on my next visit to Marble Falls so we won't have additional surprise charges. It's just a screen not to include it in the price of the stay and have more customers, they must be a little more honest.

As a party of 6, we stayed in a 3 bed apartment and loved the space. We also loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ area (gas so no need to buy charcoal) and gym (even tho it was mini- note it had no mats tho).

We were in a ground floor apartment and the noise from the people above was unbelievable- it sounded like they were constantly stomping their feet and dragging furniture across every room. I imagine they weren’t and it was just that there was no noise proofing in the ceiling/floor. Totally kept us awake tho and we had to go up and knock on their door to ask them to be quiet. Perhaps don’t stay in a ground for apartment if you’re a light sleeper.

The rooms are super spacious and clean. The layout is perfect for families traveling. The pool, hot tub and amenities are first class! The entrance is steep, but very pretty. Check-in takes forever, the double check-in is redundant and excessive. Only one of the staff seemed like she was glad to have us. There were 6 representatives at the check-in desks and only one lady was checking in guests. No one offered to step in and help, which made it a very long wait.

Check-in process was too long. The bedroom tv didn’t work because the cable cord wasn’t connected to the jack. Shower base was so slippery. s

It’s a beautiful facility. My second time there.

The dining area floor was not properly cleaned. Our shoes were sticking on the tile. A closer look revealed there was old juice on the floor and under the dining table. The same color juice was on one of the comforter in the bedroom. We left a day earlier

Clean a lot of amenities including pool, hot tub and game room.

We were put into a handicap room and also found out we were double charged for the stay. Resort said we had not paid and we had paid in advance then statement came and double charged. Had to call to request refund

Like it all. Very good room, location, and extremely nice staff.

We did the time share presentation with a very nice and informative young man named Jimmy. We opted not to purchase but asked for more info and then had another young man named Kyle who joined us try to convince us to purchase. When we still did not, he became very rude and somewhat obnoxious. Definitely not a sales technique I would recommend.

Courtney was amazing during check in. The concierge was extremely eager to help guide us. The rooms were phenomenal with breathtaking views of the lake and even the Christmas lights display at the park down the river. Absolutely charming all over

Great location with nice views overlooking the Colorado River. Heated Pool, Hot Tub, electric Fireplace, nice Patio.

Family upstairs were wearing CLOGS, or what sounded like them. Clogging around day and night.

Resort Communication & Staff: From the pre-arrival experience through to departure, this was the best service I have ever received from a resort staff! I was so impressed with the communications received and the staff engagement with us... Hands down the best, most attentive staff I have ever had the joy of interacting with. Even though this is a timeshare resort in active sales, the staff were not pushy or obnoxious in their promotion of resort preview. I appreciated there low key offer to attend the presentation and how they accepted our declined invitation. Accomodations: The rooms were very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Kitchen had all the cookware needed to prepare family meals and there were small packets of seasonings provided. Stackable washer/dryer combo worked well and kept us from having to bring home dirty clothes. Bathrooms were spacious and included several sets of soft, good quality towels. Bedding was comfortable with heavy duvet covered by top sheet, not my favorite bedding choice these days but all were clean and fresh. Pillows were very, very soft but I've come to expect that and just double them up or bring my own pillow. Adequate lighting located throughout the villa and well lit bathroom vanities. TVs in each bedroom were convenient. Fantastic views from 2nd floor of Colorado River and daily sunsets from villa balcony. Amenities: Small pool, kiddie splash pad and hot tub available at Resort clubhouse/registration building. Same fantastic views of the sunset could be enjoyed from the pool/hot tub! There was an adjacent gameroom with pool table, tabletop shuffleboard, and a couple of large TVs with lounge seating... great for football nights! There was also a workout room located in the clubhouse that provided cardio equipment and dumbells, typical setup of nice hotels and resorts. Location: Conveniently located near Marble Falls Downtown and Horseshoe Bay Resort area.

This is a very nice condo with large rooms. It had a large kitchen area and large bathroom with a good sized living area. The staff was courteous and very helpful and the grounds keepers were always on the move making sure that the complex was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a condo, so the staff was really pushing the time share aspect of it. Other than that, we really loved staying here and had a great time.
