For the last several years we have stayed at this hotel when visiting family. The rooms are the biggest we could find, and it sits in the center of all our places of interest.

This specific room we had trouble with air conditioner. The front room would get very cold, and the back room would not. It was still okay.

Breakfast was fine (could have been a wider variety to choose from), one of the few hotels with an indoor pool so if you're looking to beat the heat, this is the place to be

There was a leak in the A/C, of our hotel room, so had to use the trash can to catch the water Ordered the Fish Tacos for Dinner; was expecting to be refreshing, but felt less than stellar and a greasy mess

Hotel was charming, very quiet. Very relaxing. Just what we needed to get away for a weekend. Staff very friendly and efficient. Loved the cookie and check in.

Wish restaurant was fully open, more variety on menu and breakfast. Would like more handicap access walking thru lobby to bar and restaurant. Parking very challenging for handicap. Hotel needs a little touch up work an wear and tear items.

The staff were friendly the room was clean spacious and beds were very comfortable.

The food could of been better. We ordered a pizza it was soggy not cooked in the middle. The burger had no taste. The elevators were very slow had to wait 5-10 minutes.

The breakfast was very decent, my kids wife and I loved it. Wide variety of hot,filling food.

Water bottles could have been complimentary, I've stayed at other hotels that give free water bottles at rhe front desk upon request.

I will be staying here again as we are looking to relocate to the area and build a house. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you in any way they can. We ate dinner 2 times in the bar and had drinks there every night before going out. The bar staff was amazing and hospitable. They really went out of their way to be friendly and tell us all about the area.

They decor is nice but is outdated and needs a facelift. However, everything was in good shape except when we went to use the hot tub in the pool area it was tepid water. Maintenance couldn't even fix it.

I liked being able to serve myself at the breakfast buffet. The service and convenience was awesome.

There was no bacon only sausage at the breakfast buffet. It took too long to cook the waffle and you had to wait in line.

This is the second time I have chosen this hotel and I would choose it again! The staff and management go out of their way to accommodate your every need.

Not one thing! It was perfect! We ended up staying 2 extra day's we loved it there so much!

There was no breakfast, but in COVID times I didn't expect one. I loved the location near places I wanted to visit. The bed was comfy. The living room TV was huge and worked great. I loved having a desk at the right height. I loved the atrium/lobby.

The bar sink was too tiny to wash things and there was no dish soap. There was only 1 coffee cup and it was paper. There was a foreign hair in my bathroom. The bedroom TV did not appear to work correctly but I could get some channels. The hospital across the parking lot made a lot of loud noises with their machinery. I did not go in the pool because it did not look clean (water was foamy).

I like that the room is spacious with pretty much everything I need in there. The pool was great! Warm and inside, perfect!

The bed could be a little more comfy. The pillows were a little stiff
