The staff was friendly. The price was nice. The facility was nice. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The location was good. The breakfast was good.

In a family suite there is no TV in the living room area. There were some items that needed restocked in the room before our arrival (toilet paper, coffee pods, bedding for the pull out couch). The pool was FREEZING. The pool area was dirty. You could feel the dirt below your feet when walking. There were no towels. I'd still stay here again. Just a few minor adjustments to work on. Noting major.

The price and comfort are excellent.. I stay here when my BF flies by in from Germany .. it’s affordable yet not trashy .. thumbs up to room service daily and front desk always helping no matter the time of day or night

Indoor pool 🫤.. I prefers an outside pool but hotel is still a great deal

room was clean, bed was solid, very spacious. nice view on the 4th floor.

House keeping was noisy. knocking on doors very loud like using a coin to hit the door and shouting very loud "house keeping" to announce their presence.

The hotel was clean, the furniture was newer, bed was super comfy, and the shower had good pressure. The free breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries (including bagels), and cereals. They also offered coffee, juices, and 2% milk.

There is only 1 elevator and sometimes we had to wait on it. Not long enough to be a problem, but inconvenient.

It was close to Texas motor speedway. It was very clean hotel

I left my blue shirt with white stripes on Fri Oct 20th in room 307 called the front desk to see if they found it. They confirmed that it was there but couldn't understand how to get my shirt back since I live 4 hours away.

The hotel is well maintained, very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I wish the customers would help to keep the facility in the great shape it's in, by cleaning up after themselves.

We were very pleased w/location of our destination, the Texas Motor Speedway. The hotel breakfast ok, well stocked.

We were in handicap accessible room and as I have said to many chains about the height of the bed, it's too high. For someone in a wheelchair or even someone with any walking issues the beds are too high to get into. Someone in a manual wheelchair trying to transfer to that height is so difficult. I understand the high beds are trendy now but not easily accessible to those in chairs.

Overall, the room was actually pretty great for the price of the stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, there was plenty of space and the property was central to everything we were visiting. Great access from the main road and the feeder road, lots of places for eating and shopping to choose from, and all right off I-35.

The walls were paper thin. I could hear everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, going on in the rooms around me. I was woken up several times throughout the night because of the noise (children crying, people talking, etc.). Also, the shower was not great; low water pressure and the hot water not lasting longer than 5 minutes, for example.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Room was very nice love how big it . Parking was excellent for our needs . Breakfast was excellent. Help make getting on the road faster. Will stay again. Excepted my pet .Big reason why I chose they !!
