We liked the breakfast. We liked that the location of the hotel fit in the overall mileage wise aspect of our trip plans. The actual truck stop location was a bit loud at night, but the overall feeling was that this stay at this hotel worked out well for our business/vacation plans. Texas is a big place and we had to stay at a hotel that was approximately where the city/town of Pecos was. Also, both the sunrise and the sunset views from our hotel were spectacular.

The loudness of the truck stop atmosphere and the overall feeling that it didn't exactly feel safe to walk outside, although nothing bad happened.

For us, the location was perfect. It was exactly on our travel path and served as a very functional stop-over hotel. Parking is also simple and easy, and it has direct access to a gas station. It is, in a nutshell, very functional at an affordable price.

The air conditioner was extremely loud, and when it kicked in, the entire room had a low-grade vibration/rattle to it. For a light-sleeper, this would be a problem. The breakfast was serviceable, though a bit boring.

I was very impressed with everything. The room was great and the staff was very helpful. A special thanks to housekeeping. I would highly recommend Microtel and will definitely stay there again. You can tell they go the extra step to make guests feel comfortable and valued.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness. A little nervous about the elevator, but all in all it was a fantastic stay.

Did not like the elevator. Breakfast was a little on the late side. Would be nice to start it earlier

Loved the fact there was dinner available as we came in late, and this made it great not to have to leave the property to get a bite to eat. Beds were great, really clean room. Breakfast was terrific as well. Loved the waffles. I'd recommend this place to others. Never heard of the name before but will from now on. We are from CA and they don't have this chain out there. Great being next to truck stop to get gas and be on our way in the morning. Friendly staff.

This is the hotel I normally pick when I come to see my fiance. The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, breakfast is good and location is perfect.

I would like bigger bed availability, only because when we stay together there is limited space.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out .... Thanks to Alex , Melanie, Elizabeth, and Byron ..... They answered any questions or concerns i needed.... Pillows were so comfy I wanted to take them home....

The only thing we didn't like was the packaged bread they would give at breakfast 1st morning bagel had mold and on 2nd morning i got a danish and it also had mold .....but other than that everything was great...

The convenience of breakfast,

1. Everytime I have stayed, I find the toilet seats off center or unscrewed. They're just flimsy and wonky. it makes me think that the staff is not paying attention to detail. It just needs a screwdriver. 2. OHHHHH! The lights by the bed are horribly bright. Can't you just have a low watt bulb light by the bed that each bed can control? I hate having to turn on the whole room just to read or move about. 3. Why does the staff smush up the pillows? It makes me have to unsmoosh 'em. I really like "My Pillow" for comfort. How about getting some decent pillows in there? At lease one good one per person..

They asked us if we would like a later check out. Very friendly staff and the cleanliness was on point. Right next to I-20 and Loves and McDonald's within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this place.
