The facility was clean , neat and easily accessible. The free continental breakfast had a variety of sandwich combinations, unsweetened and sweeter cereals, and the buckwheat waffles were delicious. The room was comfortable with a large refrigerator. All good.

The neon sign wasn’t fully lit so seeing the hotel entr from the road wasn’t easy, but accessibility was good.

Practically useless TV. Streaming impossible due to apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) not connecting Very low speed Internet (10Mbps). Wi-Fi unreachable from pool area

THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE PLACE WAS AWESOME. WE REALLY ENJOY OUR STAY AND WILL BE BACK WITH MORE PEOPLE WITH US THE NEXT TIME WE COME TO TOWN. EVRYONE THERE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. AND HELPFUL. WE DIDN'T WANT FOR NOTHING.

I DIDN'T GET MY POINTS FOR STAYING THERE AND I COULDN'T USED MY AARP CARD OR MY AAA CARD. THE PLACE WAS SO NICE THE PARKING LOT WAS TO SMALL. WE HAD A HANDICAP SIGN AND COULDN'T FIND A PLACE TO PARK. THEY NEED A BIGGER LOT.

Clean, food was good staff was good.

Cleaning lady for our room, she was a little rude. Need more blankets or thicker ones. Lighting in the room to dim.

It was clean and quite. I will be staying there again on my next visit to the area.

The room door needed so W D-40. 🤣 it was quite creaky. It was room 430, I think. It was the last room on the fourth floor.

Cleanliness and courteous

Unfortunately the bathroom sink water was stopped up, we had to use kitchen sink when washing hands or face. We did get it reported at check out

There was a good breakfast selection that alternated every few days. The room was a good size and the location was great. There are plenty of food options.

Because the breakfast alternated every few days, so days the items I wanted to eat weren’t available. Just being picky, but I wish those options were always available.

Rooms need to be cleaned daily…or at least ask if you need anything!!! The cleaning crew was excellent when they came though Room rates could be more negotiable…husband started work down heee for next year and need time to find place for his RV, so negotiated rates would have been great….we had to move to a lesser hotel due to afforability

I did appreciate the workers who worked the front desk were very helpful with servicing the customers. Attitudes were always pleasant.

I didn't like that whomever was in charge of housekeeping didn't follow up with replacing towels or removing trash from the designated area in the halls.

The hotel staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast was good, the location was super convenient, the room was immaculate/fun/spacious and the pool side ambiance reminded me of a mini vacation get away! I absolutely LOVED it!!

All of my expectations were met!
