The room was "Texas sized" ... you know ... everything is bigger in Texas ;-) at about 350 s/f it's much larger than the average room. Check in was great, pool very nice. There is a covienence store / gas station very close by.

The hotel is located just off of a fairly major secondary road, but the vehicle noise is not too bad. I if you are sensitve to noise I'd recommend you ask for a room closer to the back of the hotel. The left side of the hotel (looking at it from the front) gets less afternoon sun so will be easier to air condition. No complaints on the AC the unit is also Texas sized.

Had the best night's sleep so far on this trip - combination of comfortable bed and good air temperature/ bed coverings. Good location to head north to Carlsbad. Good size room. Plenty of toiletries provided.

No tea and coffee in the bedroom - just in reception. Slightly tired feel and bathroom behind the door could be better cleaned. No restaurant in walking distance but microwave and fridge in room.

Meant to stay in Teralingua, but it all turned out for the best. Great rate for a nice, clean room with a jaw-dropping drive to Big Bend. The staff was friendly and informative. The town itself was very cool and has a lot to offer for history buffs. Highly recommend Presidio and a stay at the Riata Inn!

Well lit and very well kept. Location was easy to get to and locate. The housekeeping staff came and made our beds daily, refreshed towels, and tidied up. Staff was very friendly.

No coffee pots in the room so we had to go to the main office but it wasn’t open one of the days. Shower was slow to drain also.

We really liked the ice machine in the lobby. The food truck in the parking lot was also a bonus! I highly recommend eating there.

I felt that the amenities could have been a bit better. Although we basically only slept and showered at the hotel, I didn't find that the lobby had much to offer besides the ice machine.

The room was spacious, more than I expected. Amenities were great. Staff was friendly and helpful; I asked for a restaurant recommendation and was told of a place that I went, and we loved it.

The room was excellent but Tv need betterment.. two controls to work??? Also Pillows weren’t too comfy.. Phone not in service .. called to ask questions and never answered…

great location when crossing the border loved the way they staff treated us and helped along the way.

The room was very spacious. There was a desk and a chair in addition to a small table and 2 chairs. There was also a mini fridge and microwave. There were many charging points by the beds which was convenient. The sink area was very spacious and outside the bathroom which was nice. The beds were comfy, shower pressure was great, the towels were fluffy. The location is close to small restaurants. Presidio is a small place so Riata inn was very convenient. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Big Bend NP or Big Bend State Ranch park.

Great view out of town quiet location guy next to us was there working for months had no issues, staff is friendly seems family run to me.
