This was a very convenient location for the purpose of my trip. For most of the stay, I was within 5 minutes of the location I needed to be at. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening snacks were a great value for the stay. I also appreciated the security at this facility and the controlled access points. As a single woman traveling alone, this is a primary concern. I was also appreciative of the upgrade to a suite. It made it feel more like I was coming home each night during my stay. Finally, a special thanks to the front desk who helped me out with awkward request to zip me into a dress with “I got you, girl.” It was above and beyond the call of duty, and very much appreciated by this old lady.

The full size pickup trucks parking in the area near the turnstile for the parking lot were a real pain in the butt. It made it difficult to get to the key pad to get out of the parking lot. Those spaces should be marked for compact cars only.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. One of the employees, Jordan, was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. I had booked two rooms through a third-party service, mistakenly thinking they were suites, but they turned out to be standard rooms. Jordan was incredibly patient and cheerful as she helped me upgrade one of the rooms to a suite. Her positive attitude made the process seamless. The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service, which led to longer wait times. However, overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast and evening snacks and drinks were excellent. Every single staff member was so respectful and kind. Especially housekeeper Isabel. Beautiful Latin Soul , asked her for some extra towels and she was so kind to stop what she was doing and give me some. Then said , "A tu servicio ". Which means at your service. So respectful and super sweet. Loved every minute of my stay. Also, the indoor pool and hot tub were amazing!!! I also loved the property had security parking. And after hours you could only enter in with your card. They thought of comfort and safety.

The only thing I didn't like was the construction around the area, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

My stay was great! No complaints at all. The guy manager checked me and told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Every time I saw him he looked approachable and was always on his feet doing something for the hotel or guest. The bartender was friendly as well. The evening dinner/drinks was great and food area was always neat and clean. Breakfast had a good choice of food! Quiet hotel throughout, even the pool area which was very clean as well. The lady that checked me out was friendly and socialable!

Staff from managers to housekeeping and security. they are attentive,kind and always present for questions and made my stay comfortable food for breakfast was fresh,served hot and tasted very good. T

i was only there for two days i wish i could stayed longer. My only complaint was ... I went to Embers restreaunt for a take out ... nobody waited on me. so i left.. I did go back the next night and ordered to go and was good

Very lovely interiors. I've never been to a Drury Inn and Suites before and it was actually a lot fancier than I thought it would be (this is coming from someone with usually the budget for a Motel 6 so everything's already upscale comparatively). Staff was friendly and breakfast was delightful, even though I butchered my first waffle since I didn't put enough batter into the waffle iron.

This is more a coincidence than something that would happen frequently; after we checked in, put our stuff in the room, and then headed back out, one of the elevator floors was incredibly sticky, and it appeared to be mopped but there was still evidence of a spill. I don't remember if we took the same elevator down this morning to check out so I can't confirm if the mess was completely taken care of or not.

I got a suite with two double beds and a sofa pull-out. My room also had a kitchenette. It was just perfect! We had a child in our group and the room was just enough to have a play area for the kid and separate bedroom for the adults to rest. The breakfast and dinner provided was delicious and the staff was so warm and accommodating. I don't think I can stay anywhere but Drury Inn and Suites Northwest Medical Center for my frequent visits to San Antonio.

I liked the hot breakfast. We didn’t get the chance to eat in the evening this time but I really like that Drury does this for its guests. Saves a ton of money on eating out which is especially helpful for families. You can essentially pay for the room with the savings on meals

There pet policy should be published for all to see. They would not allow us to leave our little dog in the room while we were out during the day. We had to board the dog which we could have done before we left home.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. No bugs or weird odors. They have complimentary breakfast and dinner plus the adults get a voucher for 3 complimentary drinks a day from the bar . The breakfast was pretty good. We weren't able to catch dinner or the bar because we were super busy. There was plenty free parking. I also loved how after a certain time at night the front doors to the hotel lock and you can only enter with your keycard.

We had to make a "last minute" booking due to a problem at another property we had a reservation with. Booking.com and Drury Inn were absolutely essential in our finding accommodations that were not only superior to what we might have had, but were more than reasonable in cost.
