Home2 never disappoints. We came with our 2 daughters and it was plenty of room. We love having the option of the pull out couch in case the kids don't want to share a bed. The beds are always comfortable and we like having the curtain to separate the living/dining room from the beds. The complimentary breakfast is always delicious.

We placed a do not disturb sign on the door but housekeeping still came in, they didn't clean only provided new towels which was appreciated but we didn't really want anyone in the room which is why we placed the sign on the door. There was one broken towel holder in the bathroom but didn't effect us much. We just pointed it out for repair to the staff. One morning g at breakfast a woman came in with her dog while everyone was eating, no service dog vest or anything. It was the end of breakfast for us at that point. It would be nice if it was made clear that dogs aren't allowed in food service areas unless they are legal service dogs.

Breakfast was not that great the food was dry and cold, the coffee was fairly good.

The cost is the main issue for me. I had two rooms reserved through Booking.com at a similar hotel many months before our travel dates. However that reservation was cancelled at the last minute by the hotel itself. I contacted Booking.com with this issue, and Booking was able to find a hotel for us. But the problem is the fact that I was only given one room for 4 people to stay in and at almost DOUBLE the price! This in my humble opinion is a travesty. So I had to eliminate 2 people from my original plan as we went from 2 rooms to 1 room at double the cost. We had to scramble to scrape up a place for the 2 people I had to eliminate from my party,

Breakfast included several options, which was nice. Staff was happy to refresh linens and paper goods. Pool was nice. Kitchenette made it easy to prepare a quick lunch and clean up was easy. Laundry facilities were clean. We were less than 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and the Alamo and River Walk, approximately 10 minutes from Sea World. Several nearby restaurants, fast food and dine-in, made dinner options easy. Plenty of shopping options, too. HEB, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, and many other retail locations were close at hand.

We stayed on the 1st floor, near the pool, and had no issues. Our mattress was hard and we had down pillows, which were soft. I would have preferred a more cushioned bed and a bit firmer pillow, but those are personal preferences. The room had a musty odor so we purchased a plug in air freshener, which resolved the issue.

The room was spacious and clean. It had all the necessities for my family.

The breakfast service went from 4 waffle makers down to two. So it took longer to get waffles and with service being done at certain times it made it difficult to get food. They ran out of juice, oatmeal, yogurt and bread. I know the hotel was probably booked but you should plan ahead in order to accommodate to feed everyone.

We came to stay on New Year's Eve and had a Lovely time! The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was VERY clean. The area around the facility is a good area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. We were happy to have the company of other guests and had a pretty good view of local fireworks, both legal and not (lol!). The staff were perfectly lovely and even allowed some family from the local area to come hang out for a little while. We would book with this location again, perhaps exclusively in the future.

They lay out was good. It was very clean and welcoming. We were greeted upon walking in the door and offered the things that we may have needed instead of having to ask later. Breakfast was amazing. Jacob was very attentive and worked very hard. Even when one staff member wasn't able to assist me with something, just him asking how was everything, led to him getting me the one thing I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure that guest were ok all while keeping things clean and neat. It was cool watching him work the room. He was amazing.

I think the only complaint would be the temperature of the tbe pool, but hey. It's an indoor pool.

Room was clean,spacious with lots of drawers and cabinets. The TV was large and the kitchen had everything we needed. The fitness center was great and so was the indoor pool.

I didn’t like the Breakfast set up. Eating in the lobby was not what I expected Two separate areas with different foods meant having to walk from one area of the lobby to the other. Our room also did not have a working fan in the bathroom which is necessary when you shower or use the bathroom. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable. The springs felt like they were coming through and it was squeaky when you turned in the bed

Everything was great from the receptionist being kind and helpful. To our room being spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We slept great! Housekeeping was very helpful also. Hotels' location was very close to stores, food and sea world!

I wanna say parking but yet again first come first serve, we parked on other side of hotel but it was very lighted and felt safe!

The place was so good to reach many destinations within 20-25 minutes driving as well there are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Breakfast was a an extra credit to us. The staff were friendly and had great hospitality.

Everything was just so good.

Loved how spacious our room was ,with a full size fridge and even have a smart TV to stream. The continental breakfast was good the staff were all good and location was only 10min to seaworld.

Not a deal breaker but would've been nice to have extra pillows/blankets in the room. The Housekeeping phoneline was down and limited staff downstairs to help with the front desk gentleman. But he was doing his best with managing everything.
