The property was modern, staff was friendly, great breakfast, big room, quiet (and we were outside the elavator). Good area. pretty view for where its located. Close to Woodlands and lots of dining options.

Room didn't have a microwave, beds were meh (hard) but not so bad that its a deal breaker for future stay.

the mini fridge wasn’t as cold as i would like it to be even though it was set on high, it eventually did get cold enough

We had a great experience and loved our stay. Hotel was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was always warm and delicious.

The only issue we encountered was we accidently spilled a little of our drink in the elevator and we told the lady at the front desk, because we didn't want another guest to slip in the spill and the lady seemed a little annoyed that she had to get off her stool to clean it up. She literally rolled her eyes at us. we thought we were doing the right thing my informing her of the spill so no one got hurt.

Excellent hotel in every aspect! It's rare to find a hotel with spacious rooms, well kept, clean, comfortable beds and an amazing shower.. with hot water and good pressure! one of the cleanest shower heads I've seen for almost ever! Good breakfast which was a huge plus considering the location of the hotel (no nearby restaurant options) Thanks to Hampton team! we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to comeback!

+ very clean (even the corners, top of cupboards etc.); everything appeared pretty new with no scratches etc. + lots of charger boxes and even usb charge boxes at the bed, desk etc. + good free wifi quality (12MB down, 08MB up, 10 Ping) + spacious room + big bed (I am 190cm) with a lot of pillows and blankets to choose from; enjoyed that one a lot + big desk to work on + shower worked instantly + pictures match the reality

- staff did not respond for hours on booking and I had to call several times while they did not try to reach out to me - PLEASE remove the wooden doors from the fridge cuz it creates a warmth bride that makes the freezer got max. power all the time which is a waste of energy and super loud; had to unplug it in order to sleep - breakfest may be good to US standards but only mediocore for international standards since it basically was only eggs, pork burger patties with grease and sugary stuff; no healthy options

What I didn’t like was that I called the property f times and no one responded. Same with booking.com your web site does not have a # to call customer service. Ended up using Google to find a number to contact customer service This made us late to our concert we missed half the concert just trying to find the hotel!

Friendly staff, so clean, no problem with hot/cold water or water pressure, no trouble with electronics; a/c, coffee maker, blow dryer or TV. :) Would have loved to stay another night. Would definitely stay again!

Maybe the layout of the room. The TV was to the side of the bed, not straight on. This would not keep us from staying again.

Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Anything I asked for they were able to help and knew what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable and once I saw the place, it really was much nicer than what I expected in the price range. Breakfast was one of the best free Breakfast I have experienced and I travel 2-3 times a year for the past 20 years. Huge selection, large seating area, extremely clean, and fresh.

There was nothing about his hotel that affected my opinion in a negative way. Only good things to see here.

Location of the hotel in proximity to places for food and a quick run to a store for snacks or anything was perfect. Also, the quiet hours that they had posted for between the hours of 10pm- 6am was a very nice and considerate touch. Breakfast each morning was also perfect

Loved our stay here, everywhere was very clean and it was lovely and quiet. Great large rooms. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool area, it was kept tidy and was very relaxing. The snack shop was useful. Tito on the front desk was always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was nice but bacon was only served once during our stay. There’s not much nearby (restaurants/bars) other than the hotel next door.
