Beautiful location and aesthetics. Loved that can order food and drinks on site without having to leave. The bed itself and pillows were amazing. The linens are a bit institutional feeling. They are a little rough on the skin but the bed is very comfortable. The refrigerator is quite large which is amazing!

It was a wonderful room but when I went to lay on the bed I saw a clear plastic piece of who knows what. Then the floor had some shiny substance like something spilled. I just cleaned it up but it makes you feel like the room was touched up not cleaned up before I got there. The last thing I wanted to note is that as soon as I walked in, it sounded like a heard of elephants above me. That went on for some time so bring your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me. I was on the 3rd floor. When it rained the satellite TV was a goner.

It was beautifully decorated, modern and clean.

It was not off the main road. It was in an industrial area. The lake view had a large industrial building in the back ground, otherwise it was nice. The local police hang out at the parking lot and stop people for not using their blinkers on a deserted street lol The pool was cloudy which indicates to me that they need to add chemicals to adjust the PH

Good location, close to The Woodlands, with many restaurant options. The food was good quality; I had dinner and breakfast. The gym was great and overlooked the outside water/pond.

While the food was good, the breakfast service was terrible. A new, untrained server took 1 hour to get breakfast to a couple who arrived before me. They had to walk to the kitchen to ask about their food. There were only 3 active tables.

The cleanest hotel of America. Walk in your room wearing white socks and see yourself!!!! Staff is fantastic, the food is great. Location is convenient. 10/10. It is now my official secret plays to stay in Houston.

great decor, parking is conveniently arranged by the entrance. the bathrooms are nicely designed. everything was so clean. housekeeping was very kind and helpful. we loved the closet and storage space

sound insulation wasn’t great, we could hear hallway sounds and neighbors from above and beside us. the toilet flush was very loud, like violently loud. The A/C unit in our room was right next to the desk which was a moderate distraction/annoyance. and the elevators are incredibly slow.

This is a great property for the price. The rooms are modern and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the location is off the interstate and very quiet. The restaurant has a limited menu but everything is very tasty and the staff is very helpful Since it is a small property, getting in and out is very easy, no lines at the elevator and the pool area is like your own private oasis most evenings!

Need faster breakfast options for the business travelers.

I love how spacious the rooms are- I'm a stickler for a clean bathroom and this did not the disappoint. The location and safety aspect was also excellent.

I didn't like that my room was not cleaned on the 2nd day of my stay

Nice hotel, well decorated The room was very specious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was good , it comes in tge shape of a menu and you pick a dish. Great pool, very clean and was open til a late night hour.

The only issue was the stream of the water in the shower that was so low.

Everything was very beautiful, the art work,the decor. Our view was great of the lake was excellent. Sunset was beautiful and sunrise was even more beautiful.
