Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable. There was a nice looking water park next door- we didn’t go there, but it looked like it would have been fun for a family who had more time.

Our first room, after doing a bed check (which I do at all places I stay) it was a bit lumpy so I undid the fitted sheet to smooth out the lump underneath it and it was the mattress pad that was bunched up, and it was not covering a very bad disgusting stain on the bed. We told the staff lady and she promptly gave us a different room, and the second room’s bed had a fully fitting mattress cover under the fitted sheet and it was clean and we were comfortable with the decision to stay in the new room.

The place was absolutely amazing, quite honestly a lot better than I expected. The breakfast wasn't your typical muffin, fruit and juice, milk or coffee; it was an actual breakfast and was delicious for a hotel. The staff out did themselves. I did have one issue ( will explain in the next box), but the gentleman I dealt with gave me two options. 1 He had another room available for the same price we had paid. 2 He said he would credit our bill if just decided to stay in that room; in which we did. When checking out, he didn't credit us the $35 for one night but for both nights. Great customer service.

The issue we had was the water in our hotel wasn't getting hot ( but if you read in the first box you will see how it was handled). The other thing it felt like we were sleeping on a metal box. Although I have dealt with this in the past at other hotels. I believe it is just a part of preventative maintenance. Which is very understandable.

I loved how clean it was! Maid staff did a phenomenal job with cleaning our room while we were gone. I loved coming back to a clean room and fresh towels. The location was great. We were in close proximity to everything and I also felt safe. The breakfast was also delicious and they offered a variety of food. We have a big family so free HOT breakfast is an important value to us!

There is nothing negative to say!

Can never go wrong with Best Western. The complimentary breakfasts are actually breakfasts, and not just a cereal bar, bagels, and some fruit. The staff is professional and friendly — specifically Kristy (sp?) who worked breakfast, and the gentleman who checked us in and worked the night shift. The pool was super clean, and the pool towels were always stocked. Easy check in/check out process, and the staff is attentive and helpful.

Every Thing was very good. The beds were comfortable, the room was very nice, location was close to restuarants. The facility was very clean and smelled good.

The water pressure was low and the hot water barely got warm enough to call it a Luke warm shower and it took a long time for the water temperature to get to that point.

The place felt comfortable and safe. No bugs, staff was helpful. Would stay again!

Only minor issue was that the blackout curtains in the room don't pull all the way shut, so the large parking lot lights come through the windows at night. I just propped up one of the extra pillows and it was fine, but if the curtains closed all the way it would be swell!

This hotel is a good representative of the Best Western Plus concept. I've learned by experience that the ownership/management company is the determining factor in whether or not the hotel lives up to its advertised qualities. Best Western has not done a good job in assuring that their standards are met by some operators, but this location is very good. The front desk clerk that checked me in i had a couple of interactions with and she is a keeper! Breakfast service was very good.

like all hotels these days, towel service is skimpy. There were enough, but barely.

The room was very large and very comfortable. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. The value for the price was outstanding! The breakfast was good and the staff working in the dining area were wonderful! They were very friendly and accommodating. The house keeping staff were friendly too.

We stayed at the Best Western on our way to Texas and on our way back. Both times, the front desk staff were not rude but they certainly were not friendly. They also didn't greet us as we left and returned to the hotel. I think that some customer service training is in order for those people. They are the first people to deal with customers and the impression they left us was that they didn't really care. Everything else was great!

Front desk check-in man was very nice. The room was very large. Everything was exceptionally clean. Air worked beautifully. Will definitely stay here everytime I come. The price was cheaper than I would have expected for such nice facilities.

Lighting in the bathroom was too dim. Bed was very firm.

Rooms were very clean; decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We booked two rooms and we were able to get them across from each other.

I have no complaints!
