Great location and shuttle service included is a plus. Shuttle driver was super nice.

Room 219 tile floor in the kitchen had some bad cracks and partially loose. Small crack in tile near sink in bathroom. AC units outside the window were loud. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me 3 times. Only reason I know is my bank contacted me to verify the attempts. I have stayed at this location numerous times and never had issues before.

Very clean. Our room has kittchenet with an actual dinner table with 2 chairs (so we didn't have to eat at a coffe table). BTW the room had all pots and plates, silverware you may need to have dinner in your room. The breakfast was nice too: beside usuall eggs, cereal, sausage, toasts it has real oatmeal with toppings, waffle maker and a basket with fresh fruits. The staff was very sweet! The gym is small, but has all the basics you need.

Not that big of a deal, but with kids it's much easier to have a detachable shawer head in the bathroom. Another thing that puzzled me was a body lotion bottle attached to the wall outside of the bathroom.

Homewood Suites provided an amazing respite from the freezing cold temperatures during the ice storm. Our house had been without electricity for several days and we needed shelter from the storm. This was the first place we found that would accept out dog. Most places make their decisions based on size and breed. Thankfully Homewood Suites had no problem with us bringing our pet. The room was huge, with a nice bedroom, and pull out sofa for our grandson. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher which is rare to find in a hotel suite. The room was perfectly clean and well stocked with all supplies. The tv in the bedroom stopped working the first night, and maintenance brought in a new one within a few minutes of our call to the front desk. The breakfast was the best. One morning there were biscuits and gravy with bacon and eggs. The next morning there was a cheese and egg omelet with sausage links. They offer a variety of juices, cereals and other breakfast fare. The staff was very friendly and professional. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean, although we didnt partake, given the cold weather. All in all the facility was perfect and We will stay there again.

The only thing I could possibly find fault with, was trying to locate the facility in the dark. Without the WAZE GPS app, Im not sure we would have seen it in the dark. The signage was hard to see with the overgrown trees from the property next door. Not really the fault of the facility, but still a drawback for those unfamiliar with the area and are trying to find the hotel at night.

We stay at a lot of hotels and this is one of our favorites.

It’s really hard to find this hotel if you don’t know the area. The sign is hidden by trees and it’s on a one way street, so if you drive by it you have about a 5-10 min drive to get another chance. You turn right after the road sign that tells what restaurants are coming up- the curb is painted red.

The hotel was wonderful! The breakfast was good. Employees were outstanding! Very clean!

Ok. You CANNOT see this from the road! The Woodlands are so proud of all the bushes hiding all the shops. I get it. But when you pass the hotel because you cannot see a sign and have to u turn at I-45 and go several miles to make a u turn under the freeway, it gets ridiculous. Every single guest at breakfast discussed how many times they missed the driveway. Even Map quest and other search, engines evidently are confusing.

Great value. Nice spacious room with separate seating area. Close to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Shuttle service provided. Breakfast was a hit for my crew. Variety of options. Recommending this hotel to my friends and family. We will stay here again. Til next time, thank you for a great stay.

Breakfast was delicious, most of the staff was amazing! Especially Guadalupe!!!

No one warned us not to wear jewelry in the hot tub. When we asked the girl at the desk about it(all of my jewelry turned black), she just shrugged it off. It took two hours to clean my James Avery bracelet I had gotten literally an hour before! My other jewelry took about another 45 minutes. Friday morning, the lady doing breakfast put out/clean up was really rude, snatched stuff out of our hands...

This hotel was a wonderful choice and we loved it! The suite style room allowed us to spread out for our stay and the kitchenette was excellent for our needs. The bed was one of the best we have stayed in, the facility was clean, breakfast was delicious, the staff was kind, and we loved it! We would absolutely stay here again.

Our only drawbacks would be 2 small things - One, when we were here the hot tub was broken and we were not notified. Two, we had mixed feelings about the location. Overall, it was convienent to the highway and locations we needed but since it is located on a one-way frontage road, getting back to the hotel after our day was always a longer trip. One day, we forgot something and even through we remembered it about a block away, it took us 5-8 minutes to circle back around.

Manager Philip was very friendly and checkin was a breeze. Their breakfasts were pretty good and had a selection of hot dishes (scrambled eggs/omelettes, sausages, potatoes, etc), cereals, muffins, boiled eggs, waffles, fruits, etc.

Views all around is only of the parking lot. Our room was quite dark, depressing and needed a lot of updates (new paint and heavy scrubbing of built-in grime in moldings especially in the bathroom). Location was also a bit hard to get to as only entrance is through a one-way service road so you have to go all around several blocks of the woodlands to get to it. It's enough to discourage you to go out for quick supplies, etc.

the space in the room, comfortable bed, big refrigerator, clean bathroom, I love the fitness facility here.. weights, treadmill, weighted balls, mats, big stability ball; I’ve stayed here a few times while my kids have a swim competition.

it’s a little tired overall, okay there was a small roach on the wall in the bedroom. gasp. our room was by the hot tub and when people talked there it was very loud in the room.
