The location was fantastic! The property shared a lot with Target, tons of restaurants (dine in and fast food) and was less than 5 minutes away from a plethora of other dining & shopping options. The room was extremely clean! We checked in right before 3 so it had just been cleaned/prepped & it smelled amazing (don’t worry the smell didn’t last-if you’re worried about strong scents)! The bed and pillows were super comfy & the room stayed cool (how we set the AC) throughout our stay. Every member of the staff spoke with us upon eye contact and was ready to offer a kind word. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Friday there were omelettes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and of course the usual options hotels offer (fruits, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee & juices). There was also a pancake maker which was super easy & made delicious pancakes.

There is only one elevator and it’s a bit slow (don’t tell it I said that). The shower curtain wasn’t quite long enough so it would let a steady stream of water out onto the tile floor in the bathroom. Towels were stiff due to no fabric softener (but that’s every hotel).

The desk personnel were pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean as was the breakfast area. This location has renewed our hope in holiday inn express. Have avoided holiday inn express for a couple of years because of poor facilities and subpar accommodations at others we had tried. Would definitely stay here again.

I like the property. It was clean, comfortable, and staff was very friendly. We went to the GTR fest and didn’t have issues with traffic to and from the event. There were so many stores and restaurants in the surrounding area as well. Highly recommend this property.

The facilities were excellent, very clean. It was so restful that I felt refreshed the following morning. The hot breakfast was superb. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We hated to check out!

You all need a small pet policy like Hilton where pets stay free. We have 2 little bich-poos, 7lbs each. When my husband and I travel together, we need to bring them along, so that would be my only concern when booking a stay with you all.

It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was sold on the listing because it had a pool and workout room. But the pool is outside and doesn't have heat. The ambient temperatures were in the 50s-60s, so it was too cold to use the pool. The workout room was locked and neither my key nor the desk attendant's key would unlock it.

I like that the establishment was very spotless. I love all the decorations. (We went during easter, for the Renaissance fair). The staff was very friendly. Cyle, I believe was the name of the receptionist on the front desk, did his best to accommodate us, since our rooms weren't ready yet. And then second room we were assigned, did not have working A/C. But Cyle was able to upgrade us for going through all that chaos, before we went up to that room. I also love how the hotel is in walking distance to an Italian restaurant and other places to eat and shop. And most importantly, it is not too far from the Renaissance fair. My family is looking forward to making this a yearly trip, and we are looking forward to staying in this establishment again. It was clean and it felt safe. The staff did their best to give us the best stay.

I didn't like that there's not enough cleaning staff, to have rooms ready by check-in time. I booked this months in advanced. I had already paid for the rooms, but when I got there I had to pay an extra fee for using a third party vendor. (Unexpected fee) I also didn't like that I did not receive a copy of the agreement they had me sign, of what things would cost if the room is not as-is when we leave, even though I requested a copy. I was told they eventually would get one to me, and they never did. And then I had a couple of fees charged to my card, with no explanation and unexpected,, but I think I finally got my refund for those unexpected fees.

The location was great. It is close to everything one may need. Plenty of parking with smooth pavement. Which helped my Grandmother not to be prone to falling.

I wish the hot water in the lavatory would have worked.

BREAKFAST HAD MANY OPTIONS, I HAVE AN EGG ALLERGY AND STRUGGLE TO FIND OPTIONS WHEN TRAVELING.

WE BOOKED THE HOTEL FOR THE POOL AND THE POOL WAS CLOSED DURING OUR STAY.

was not pleased with the cleaning. food was left in the fridge. bathroom was not cleaned good. I had to re-wipe all surfaces. the microwave had food splattered all in.
