It was very clean

It wasn’t the properties fault, but the guest above us where making noise what felt like all night long. I get having a romantic evening, but for hours on end… it was a bit much. After not being able to handle it any more (we had a wedding the next day) I let the front desk know as they were quick to put a stop to it. To the staff, thank you for helping us out the that matter.

The staff was great and location was perfect The parking was great Our room was clean

The beds including the blanket were not comfortable the pillows were flat. The water pressure was not good. I really didn’t find the breakfast very appetizing because the hot stuff was still like warm and the biscuits were hard.

Bathroom was updated but the details of the look was off, you cold tell where the old sink/counter area was. not the most professional remodel. The calk around the shower/tub was not well done and the color was off. Except for that I give the property a 9/10 for maintenance. I would stay there again!

The hotel stay was pleasant aside from one issue.

The one issue I had was my vehicle being broken into. Thankfully there was no damage and nothing taken but my vehicle was jimmied open and my belongings gone through.

The room was much bigger than I expected and had everything I needed. The staff was helpful and great.

When I arrived there were grasshoppers all over the entrance to the hotel. I imagine there's not much they can do about them, they were everywhere outside but it was a little gross at the start. They were not anywhere else in the hotel!

The great selections for breakfast. The beds were comfortable also.

Pool hours should be until 10 p.m. now that it is summer! The choice of juices at breakfast was excellent. But, they tasted pretty watered down which was disappointing.

The staff was kind and helpful. So I accidentally left an item behind and realized after I got home I left it. The staff turned it in to management and management ensured that it was taken to a UPS store and shipped to my home. Thanks a million for that!

There was not a lot of parking for big vehicles. We had to park on the street and still there was not enough parking .

coffee dispenser dirty from last patron, gaps inbetween door and frame-hall lighting showed through so hall light and noise came through at all hours, only one chair and not easily moveable for access, lack of daily cleaning-COVID no longer an excuse, we were a couple but only coffee for a single in the room

Room was very nice and very clean. I was comfortable. The check in lady was very nice and was personable. She did a good job of handling a problem.

I booked that day through Booking.com. They entered my name backwards so at first it did not appear that I had a room. Being a weary senior traveler I was crushed. I just wanted to go to bed after hours of driving. She kept after it and found my reservation!
