The price was great and the breakfast had plenty of options! I usually try to eat one serving of each breakfast option, but I was too full to try it all—and I'm a skilled eater! The reception offers free, high quality cookies—a simple touch, but it goes a long way! The pool was nice and all facilities seem to work properly! I did have a minor issue with my card that was fixed immediately, but yeah—I'll be staying here more often and recommending others to do so if they plan to visit the valley!

While the room was very clean, it VERY much smelled like it. It was almost distracting from the impressive view of the room setup. I unplugged the air freshner and problem solved! Again, if cleanliness is your priority, THIS is your hotel!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean and the rooms were comfortable. I liked the availability of the washer and dryer since we stayed a few days and didn't want to carry dirty clothes home. The location was great as we had easy access to the exressway.

There was only one light in the entrance and two reading lights between the two beds. As a result, it was very dim in the room. When you turned the shower on, the faucet would continue to run and the tub wouldn't drain completely while you were taking your shower, so you stood in a puddle, about an inch deep, until you turned the water off.

It was comfortable and in a good location. Sheets were clean and very comfortable. Tv guide was printed and laminated for guests. Staff were very friendly and receiving. Lobby was inviting as well. It was much needed rest and I was able to achieve it here. Thank you.

complimentary breakfast was mainly carbs… cereal, bread, waffles, muffins. Restroom had polish stains on sink and wall or something with red color from Ojos Locos girls that had previously stayed. I had a small pad of polish remover and a small spot came off. So it’s removable. Just looks very tacky for those that are staying. It was mentioned to front desk right away so that I’m not charged for it. Other than that… I loved my stay.

I liked the room, the facilities, the cleaning and the service

I always stay in this hotel, but in this case, is the first time I reserved a room with a sofa, which it was uncomfortable for my teenagers daughters, also there was very small pillows in the room, very uncomfortable to me. I needed to ask for other pillows. beside this the breakfast this time was not delicious like others.

We liked everything. Comfortable beds & convenient location. Clean room. Great breakfast. Pool shaded from hot sun in afternoon. Friendly, helpful staff.

Single chair in room. Could be improved by another chair. Shade umbrellas would be good for morning use of tables if watching kids at pool area in mornings (we skipped morning use as too sunny/hot).

When making the reservations I had requested the earliest possible check in . We were there for the funeral of my father. The Hampton Inn was the closest to the Funeral Home. Upon arriving Jessica the front desk person welcomed us. About Requesting an early check in she said that she would have to contact head of housekeeping and that she would keep us updated.She actually had us check in by 2 pm. Jessica handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. She is a valuable employee.

Everything was great until the morning of check out. My daughter noticed pin hole blood spots on the flat sheet of her bed. She immediately bathed and we checked out of the room. I turned in my keys to the front desk but no one was there.

It’s clean, and close to restaurants

Only shampoo dispenser in the shower , no conditioner or body wash , the hand soap place near the sink , so inconvenience. The breakfast not too good , wonder why would they mix the breakfast egg with bacon , not everyone likes bacon .

The room was so dark we checked out after one night. Could not even read a book due to poor lighting. We are senior citizens and need light. You need to check how dark your rooms are. Manager Jacob was great.

Room was great size, with desk, couch, king size comfortable bed, linen and towels of good quality. Breakfast was good (just a little repetitive). Great location. Great parking. Easy access to restaurants and stores.

Some of the staff needs to be trained on customer service. Lady at front desk very dry!!!
