Location was very convenient to restaurants and Naskilla Casino.

The check out male staff was EXTREMELY frustrating! I stood by desk for almost 20 min just to check out when ready to leave and just turn in room keys while he barely acknowledged me and talked on phone. I totally realize that it's possible it may have been an important call. HOWEVER, it is possible to politely tell the phone caller "excuse me, I have a quest standing here can you hold for 1 min so I can check ..." ; then, acknowledge and say "so sorry this is an urgent call but is there something I can quickly help you with or you may need to wait..."

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected. Due to location, there are not a lot of choices for hotels. This brand of hotel is not very well known for being a "nice" hotel. I was so pleasantly surprised. Will stay there again.

I cannot say that I didn't like anything about this place. The breakfast could be more better as far as choices of what to eat but it is about the same for this type of hotel vs other hotels in the same range.

Desk manager was very helpful. Booking.com had messed up our reservation and he helped correct the mistake that was made. Really nice motel. Will stay again when in Livingston.

Several nights either above us or next door were loud. Sounded like moving furniture or jumping around.

Bed was comfortable, microwave and fridge. Friendly staff, breakfast looked good, but we went out. Desk clerk recommended Patrons Grill for good Mexican food and margaritas, it was GREAT!

Window had no black out curtain to cover the whole window. Our room was on the sunrise side. No sleeping in for us. The towels were small and thin.

The room was freezing cold and I loved it! The room was clean and the staff went above and beyond.

The furniture (sofa, chair) both in the room and the lobby is in need of replacement. All sag pretty badly and the sofa in the lobby looks filthy. Just no excuse when you can get a sofa for $400 these days.

The office staff was extremely nice, easy check-in, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, the shower drained quickly, lighting was good and breakfast was advertised and they actually had one that was better than expected. Will stay here again.

Parking was a little difficult because it was extremely packed, but was always able to find a spot.

Stayed at this hotel many times and always feel at home and comfortable. Quiet area and very clean and comfortable. Will be my choice for lodging in the future.

Ice machine was broken on 1st floor. Went to 2nd floor to retrieve ice. Wasn't a problem, just reporting issue.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Nice pool outside.

Sorry to mention this, but looks that this nice hotel needs some renovation. There were signs about no smoking all around, but in our rooms it was very noticeable that, at least in the past, there was a lot of smoking there...

Great location for my needs! The breakfast is warm and there's a few selections. The staff working was pleasant and welcoming to the hotel.

The cigarette smoke and pet odors are not good for me this is my second time staying at this hotel and it hasn't changed much.

The Staff was very friendly. We requested a late check out (Noon) check out is at 11am and we were accommodated, the hotel was also willing to give us early check in if available (we wound up running behind schedule so it was not needed) Breakfast was hot, and plentiful, there were plenty of choices to choose from. The bathrooms were well stocked with toilet paper, towels, and they also had bars of soap and shampoo conditioner available to us in the room. There was complimentary coffee and coffee pots in the room (we aren't coffee drinkers) but it was a nice luxury for someone who does enjoy their morning coffee. Showers were hot, water pressure was great. We plan on making this our permanent hotel choice when we visit the Livingston area in the future.

The fridge in our room did not work (we didn't have this issue when we stayed before) it was not a total deal breaker but we did make sure we let front desk staff now at check out) I also didn't like that the side doors were only used for exit only, it made bringing our luggage & food in a little bit more challenging (again not a total deal breaker as this was also not the case last time we stayed at this hotel) I also personally didn't care for the size of the pillows in my opinion they were a bit small but again not a huge deal next time I will just try to remember to bring one of mine from home. Im a picky pillow queen anyways. 😂
