I saw was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. It is clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant.

I initially wrote a negative review because I didn’t receive a folio at the end of my stay. There was an extra charge on my credit card that was unexplained. However, Ms. Glenda emailed me to explain what happened and to make things right. Apparently, when I booked my reservation through Booking.com, it didn’t show up in the hotel computer when I checked in. The lady at the desk made a new reservation, but didn’t know to alert management of the problem. All is well, and I appreciated the fact that Glenda was most helpful in resolving the issue.

The hotel is clean and seems fairly new or renovated. There's more parking in the back and the area seemed safe with several restaurants, mostly chains, around. The room was clean; the bed was comfortable. There was a desk available with a functional chair. A pretty decent breakfast was offered, including a couple of hot items (eggs, sausages).

The pillows were a bit weird: small and thick and fairly hard. The bathroom was small and the sink is outside -- a not uncommon setup, but still a tad inconvenient.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Room was fantastic.

No wifi/internet in room and the lady at the desk didn't help. To get it, my granddaughter had to walk out into the hallway. The people upstair were very noisy, my husband complained, was told he had to wait till 10 pm. The stomping and running went on all night not sure anything was said even tho he said something many times...I think he went to the desk once in the very early morning hours.

The eggs were dry.. wasn't a lot of selection but enough to put something in your stomach.. our room was on the side of the Big store that refrigerated trailers were running all the time.. early about 6am they started bringing in roll offs and loading and unloading with fork lifts making all kinds of noise.until about 10 am. Also the TV and remote didn't work very well.

The breakfast was wonderful. They had a good variety Of items to choose from.

Initially after driving with my grandchildren, it was a long day of driving and nauseous for one of my grandchildren. She had thrown up multiple times and we were ready to relax. There was construction on the 2nd floor. Entered the room with sawdust and broke pieces of wood. Fortunately, the manager moved us to another room and had a wonderful nights rest. People are very helpful, kind, and flexible. My grandchildren and I will definitely travel and stay at this hotel again +8/10 rating for us.

I have to say, that this property was nice and clean, front desk staff was really nice and the rooms were pretty clean and fairly modern.

The only disappointing things were that the elevator was broken which happens from time to time and isn’t the hotels fault, but is unfortunate. The other is a broader thing but the parking situation is pretty rough. Another property is in the same area and basically share a parking lot with their own spaces on the sides but when it’s busy, it gets pretty rough to find a spot, especially with workers (like me) who work out of town.

It was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. You could actually smell a fresh, clean scent in the room!

The parking is terrible, especially with construction on a property that shares the same parking lot. Very few parking spots in front.

Friendly workers, good breakfast, and comfortable beds. My children loved the pool. 2 weeks ago we stayed here, and the pool was cloudy and cold. This time the pool was perfect!

The people beside us were loud very late at night, and there isn’t enough parking up front so we had to park way in the back (made it hard to carry everything in one trip).

The breakfast was good - eggs and sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, etc. the location was great. A nice grocery store was right next door, pharmacy was across the street and restaurants were nearby.

The elevator seemed old and creaky. I took the stairs most of the time

First time at a Wyndham; usually use Choice hotels. Very good experience, nice room and value for money. Check in staff very pleasant.

Reservation clerk signed me up for their rewards program, unfortunately I cannot get onto site to use it. Don’t want to go through calling in or such to figure it out. Should be more intuitive.
