I absolutely loved our cozy tent with an amazing view of vistas during the day and stars at night. Jenny and the rest of the hosts were exceptionally friendly and fun - this created a very friendly, engaging environment for all the guests. We met some wonderful people from all over the world.
You are sleeping in a tent, so unfortunately it’s really difficult to have quiet at night - the only remedy I can think of is suggesting quiet hours after 10 pm and maybe limiting driving carts around the property at some point - it seemed to go on all night long.

I do like the Glamping idea and must say this was one of my comfiest bed ive ever had in a “hotel”. The Privacy and feeling yourself out of the world they offering is really something i do needed for a long Time.
I understand if youre spending your evenings in a canvas at some cold May days u need to be put logs on the fire (wich u Made for yourself and the heat goes away around one our so…prepare waking up around ours if you visiting the place in the cold days) but that smell…it greets you when youre stepping out in your tent. Its not going away. Our shower was leaking all night - and id u call the Staff they come as they can and they are really quick - but to be honest middle of the night i didnt wanted a maitannance. I was there from Europe so all my connection with the Home Went theough wi-fi…and it would be nice if they Could provide it at least in the main building. And i thought being in the under the Canvas Bryce means…some overlooking at the Bryce.

The location was convenient. It was a warm and inviting environment. Loved the fire pits and S’mores. Gave us the chance to meet other folks. We slept in the star Gazer and absolutely loved the nighttime view. Great staff - Shout out to Taylor and Savannah for being so incredibly helpful and kind.
The short length of hot water for showers.

I liked the originality of the concept, half hotel, half camping. The attention of the staff was very good. And the night in the light of the flames was spectacular. An unforgettable experience.
Just two things. The total absence of internet connection. It's good to isolate yourself, but there may be urgent issues to attend to. And the refrigerated food for sale, of low quality.

The staff were all so friendly, the room was clean and the set up was very cool. We were welcomed with a friendly smile from Sydney and she gave us very clear instructions on how everything in the tent operated, then she gave us a ride to our tent. We rented E bikes from Bryce Canyon EZ Riders and that was definitely the highlight of our stay in Bryce Canyon

Tent was beautiful. Felt very private. Staff were really helpful. I loved the watching the sunset from the outdoor dining area.
Not very ecological. Plastic cups, plastic cutlery, disposable plates etc. They only recycle aluminium. For a place rooted in the natural world they need to do a lot more to re-use and re-cycle.

Nice new tents in very quiet area. Very friendly staff and food prepared with love. Nearby entrance of Bryce Canyon national park.
Returning to out tent after the first night, the inside of the tent was the same as we left. No clean towels, bed not made etc. After asking if it was correct that the room was not cleaned (clean towels) or bed made or any kind of turn down service, we were informed by the front desk, that tents are cleaned after every 3rd night. (We stayed 2) In my opinion when asking these prices per night ($450+), this should be standard, or give the customers at least the option. Even in cheap(er) hotels rooms are cleaned. Also rubbish bin is not emptied because of no cleaning, resulting in flies with outside temperatures of 31°C. All in all not necessary

We enjoyed Under Canvas Bryce Canyon for 2 nights. It was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast and dinner there and thought the food was pretty good. The location wasn't bad, as it was about 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon National Park. We felt like we were staying in the best place in Bryce Canyon!
We liked it all!

The views from our tent were beautiful
the address given took us to the wrong spot when we asked people in that location they said it happens all the time people wind up in wrong spot often. That needs to be corrected, getting lost in a such a remote area is not fun Under Canvas is lucky the people at the wrong spot are nice and willing to give proper directions

Service was great. Tents were really comfortable. Beds were really super. Also liked (and needed) the oven. The wood provided was ultra dry and hence not smoking.
One evening they seemed to have forgotten one of our dishes at dinner. But they really made it up by delivering it (late), but not charging for it.
