The property was spotless, clean and fresh, like it had just been remodeled. It was spacious, welcoming and great for a group of friends traveling together or a family vacation.

The heating / cooling system is a little odd where each room has its own individual thermostat. When we arrived it was 62 degrees inside and even overnight it only warmed up to around 67. We were pretty cold. There was probably something different we could have done, but it wasn't immediately obvious how to make it all work. Oh, and none of the kitchen drawers of cabinets had any pulls / handles. It became a joke how difficult it was to do anything in the kitchen.

The kitchen was well equipped as was the rest of the 4 bedroom condo. The owner, Dave called us to see if there were any problems. There was a notebook with lots of info about the surrounding area. The local museum at Edge of the Cedars was amazing.

No complaints about the condo. Only seemed to be one real sit down restaurant in the whole town of Blanding. It was slammed and our take out order way under par.

What a gem in a small town in Utah! The unit is spacious and clean, we had hot showers and comfy beds. Dick is a responsive and helpful host and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. If there was one small suggestion, a floor lamp in the living room would have been nice ambiance.

Great place to spread out and use as a base camp while exploring. It had a great variety of dishes so you needn't worry about bringing your own. We found that there was adequate dish detergent as well. By the way, The owners give instructions for getting hot water in the binder so if you read that you will have no trouble with cold showers. There are extra blankets in the closet if you get cold.

Not related to the condo, but as of 9/28/2021 the bridge is washed out on state route 95, so the road is closed on both sides. If you intend to explore that area you may have to go up Moki Dugway or use Butler Wash.

It was a very nice unit with all of the amenities. I really appreciated it. It was close to the University where I needed to work. The manager was wonderful about problems that I encountered with the unit and was very quick to fix the problems.

If the condos were mine, I would have a small spot check on the cleaning crew. Some of the things that would be on the list may be: 1. Make sure the dishes are put away. The dishwasher was clean but full of dishes. I thought that I only had one spoon and fork until I looked in the dishwasher. 2. Stove looked clean until you turned on the light above. 3. Leave at least the top 2 drawers in the bathroom empty. Most (at least women) like to put their stuff in a drawer for easier access. 4. have a bottle of air cleaner/fresher like Febreeze in the cleaning kit. The last tenants had been sweaty and been around camp fires. Even though the unit was clean it was evident who had been there last.

We liked how spacious these condos were. We liked that the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, and also liked that the kitchen had available all appliances from a griddle, right down to blender.

Although stocked with many other things, we were only given one garbage bag and one dishwasher tablet. Being a party of six and the fact is slept up to 8, this didn't seem to be enough.

It was spacious with kitchen, livingroom, 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It was nice to have basic toiletries provided (shampoo/conditooner, handsoap, towels, etc.). Overall it was clean & comfy. The owner was quick to respond to messages.

There were a few spots that could have been cleaned better like inside the side table drawers, closets, fridge, etc.

Condo was located near everything incl dinosaur museum and cedar Mesa museum. Place was clean and owner very friendly and responds promptly to inquiries. Happy to have found the place

I think it would be nice to have been provided with a new dishwasher sponge instead of a very used one. More garbage bags pls

Apartment very nice w plenty of room. Also, had items needed like hair dryer, dishes/utensils etc.

It was comfortable, clean and met our needs.

No coffee maker—but that isn’t a deal-breaker. Blanding offers little of interest to visitors, but folks are friendly and helpful.
