I loved the breakfast with so many great options. I loved the pool table, games, and back patio in the lobby. The lobby was just so inviting. I loved that the temperature control in the room was on an actual thermostat and ibdidnt have to keep adjusting a wall unit. Comfortable bedding. I loved that there were actual human amounts of soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. With three adult women with long hair staying in one room, it was nice to just have what we needed in the hotel and not have to go buy stuff to wash our hair. The shower with a glass door was great and it even had a little foot shelf to put my foot on when I was washing and shaving my legs. The details of what people need have definitely been thought through at Tru!

All of the front desk and maid service was impeccable and very respectable to me.Every one of the employees that work at the TRU Hilton were very helpful and took care of any question or concern I had. I would stay here anytime I'm in Lehi area hands down all around GREAT experience! I highly recommend anybody in the Lehi, West Highland area look into the TRU Hilton west of I-15 Freeway. I needed to book earlier to reserve the nights and rooms I was seeking. Live and learn. Thanks again to the the person that does the hiring here at Tru Hilton it was a Great Experience. If I had my own hotel I would hire the exact same people to take care of my customers they were trained correctly and properly informed of what their job entails thank you again, bye.

I couldn't book a week straight in advance once I realized how good of an experience it was going to be but I won't make that mistake again. I have stayed in the most expensive nicest four star five star hotels in the country and I would rather stay here than any of those snobby places.

I loved the entire property. Everything was new and in great working order. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. We absolutely loved the pancake breakfast. Although property is right by a busy interstate, it is very well protected from noise. Very enjoyable stay and a great value. I will definitely be returning.

The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is cleanliness. Sending someone to the pool area to keep the used towels picked up and refresh the supply of swim towels. Also, have the tables wiped down and crumbs cleaned up in the lobby and breakfast area. It was nothing major, but this would definitely make the stay even better.

Breakfast was very good. It was very busy but a lady named Precy Mazo (or something like that) worked busily and kept everything stocked and organized. No one gave her any attention, much less thanks, but it was obvious to me that she was responsible for the great breakfast experience. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms are well designed with guests in mind because the number and placement of plugs and USB chargers is great. Perfect pressure and temperature shower as well.”

The breakfast options were good, the staff was responsive, the amenities were nice, and it was comfortable. The hotel has a fun, family friendly vibe.

I called on our way to let them know what time we were arriving and I was assured that everything was fine. When we arrived, exhausted from our travels, we found out that they had given away our room. They put us up in another hotel for the night but it was a hassle moving hotels again the next day. It took them until 4pm the next day to have something available for us. Also the floors were dirty. When my child spilled and I went to wipe it up, the wipe came up black with dirt and grime.

Convenience , continental breakfast friendly and helpful staff dealing with stay .

No coffee makers in room . I kept the “yawn sign out the entire time as I clean up after myself and get a towel exchange but on the next to last day the service staff came in and cleaned despite having the sign out which I didn’t appreciate other than that no other complaints.

This is the second stay for me and my friends at this hotel. We were all very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was certainly beyond the basics with ample selection. I look forward to staying here in the future.

I cannot thiunk of anything that I did not like. When I consider my requirements in short stays at hotels, this hotel met all my needs.

corner room away from the freeway (quiet) location was good.......close to Outlet Stores (wife delighted) reception staff were excellent and helpful good value

didn't clean the room each day as expected no storage space in the room would have appreciated a microwave in the room

pretty accessible right off the highway. Very colorful so it made it look lively. The night shift lady and the graveyard lady were very nice and approachable.

Breakfast could have have a little bit more of a variety. The morning shift lady wasn't approachable and felt like we were bothering her when we talked to her about a few things regarding breakfast. Was only nice when the gentleman was there at checkout.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how big the room was and very happy with how clean it was. Also, I hate carpet so the wood flooring was a bonus!

I wish there had been a coffee pot in the room. And I wish there had been a dresser. Was no problem for me alone but traveling with someone else it would be nice to have some extra shelves. However these 2 things would not stop me from staying with you again.
