Location, excellent price for rating on Booking.com. Pleasant staff. Availability and gave us an upgraded first floor room.

The cooling unit fan was very load and stayed on constantly.

Breakfast included; filtered water station for filling water bottles, pool with indoor or outdoor access. Guest laundry machines available and easily accessible, for a fee. Multiple games included like mini-golf, ball courts, and pool tables etc. Rooms are quiet. Fridge and microwave in room.

Fan in bathroom was quite loud. Toiletries were poor quality and towels a bit thin; pool towels are kid-sized yet a sign asks guests to use only one towel per person. Very few gluten-free options for breakfast. Pool area is very close to traffic so not really great for outdoor relaxation. No safe in the room for locking up valuables.

Not sure why but I just felt so comfortable and at home. I like the layout and facilities - pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court, mini golf. Included breakfast was simple but good. Easy access from I-15. I liked that it is in a more quiet part of the city with a nice backdrop of the bluff and not surrounded by high-rises. Usually I switch places - the one exception used to be Luxor in Las Vegas where I stayed at least 50% of time and Red Lion will easily match that, I will certainly pick it next time too.

There was nothing that I disliked but if someone wants a place that is close to a lot of shopping they might prefer a different place. There are still various small businesses and fast food restaurants within walking distance.

We are very grateful to the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center for their exceptional hospitality during our stay. Not only did they receive our bikes days before our arrival, but they also stored our luggage for three days at no additional cost. In addition, on the day of our departure, they helped us with transportation from the hotel to the bus station. Spacious rooms: They allowed us to accommodate all our luggage, including the bikes. Friendly and proactive staff: Always willing to help and make our stay more enjoyable. Large spaces: The area in front of the lobby was perfect for assembling the bikes quickly. Laundry service: Very practical and convenient for us, with a coin-operated option. Thank you very much for everything!

Good breakfast: Although it could be improved with the inclusion of natural fruit specially for athletes.

We loved the internal view where the pool hot tub game room pool room ping pong all of it was amazing they have so much fun activities if you have kids and teenagers we also enjoy the creativity idea how they had a hot tub and pool inside with the pool leading outside

We didn't like the fact that some parents in the hot tub have their young ones in the hot tub after 9:00 p.m. there was nine adults in the hot tub and seven kids little ones jumping in with the Jets on we were really looking forward to the hot tub cuz my husband and I have spine problems in the hot tub closes at 10: 00 we also noticed our room mostly with clean but our countertop and mirrors they forgot to wipe them down and gnarly stains that should have been cleaned in the shower I was unable to take a bath just try soaking my back so I just took a shower

Cheap, clean, great location, super safe. Suites have a jet tub perfect after an all day hike.

Non-Latino staff in the Reception counter needs to work on their bedside manner. Extremely rude customer service. The male showed no compassion towards Customers nor concerns of resolution of concerns. The female Encounter -I had gone up to inquire about an item left behind in a room and was told she would call the cleaner picked up the phone, made a Call turned around and never returned to the counter, and left me standing At the counter for 30 min :( I finally left. Also the 25 ft non-smoking policy on the property is not enforced, tenants were smoking just outside the suites located behind the building and it reeked of cigarettes during my entire stay . As early as 7am-1am smokers were out.

Good amenities-pool, basketball court, mini golf, breakfast

Sofa beds and extra bed mattress’s were AWFUL and very very uncomfortable. Waffles at breakfast could be handled more efficiently to move the line along better and not create such a big mess for the staff. If a staff member were helping the kids in line pour the batter and there were another waffle maker the line could move quicker. It’s slower than a ride line at Disneyland. Construction remnants and trash left out all week at breakfast area.

It’s a clean and quiet lowkey hotel. It actually has a nice pool and some other amenities like pickleball court and mini golf. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been just fine.

I didn’t love how I was told I’d pay at check in and then I got charged the morning before I got there out of the blue. Then upon check in they held another $100 for incidentals. It’s not a big deal, I just don’t love those types of surprises. I’d have liked the on-site restaurant be a bit more hotel guest friendly…50 bucks a plate for a cheap hotel property seems mismatched.

The food was absolutely stellar. I really enjoyed the eggs, the sausage links, the potatoes and waffles. Overall, I loved how they heated their food and brought it to safe temperatures and heated it properly. The ping pong table was very fun to play with.

Definitely need to fix the other ping pong table, and one of the Foosball tables, the pole was busted so you couldn't play it. Also, it would be cool to be able to close the curtain all the way instead of a small gap so people can see inside. Lastly, our deadbolt was broke so all we had was the lock on the door.

This was very comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, I loved the sofa and extra counter space at the sink. It was clean and quiet, a good shower, and I felt safe. I enjoyed the indoor hot tub. Breakfast was hot and complete with eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, etc. I only wish it began earlier than 7:00. For those inclined, there are more amenities like ping-pong and basketball, among others. Yes, I would stay here again.

An earlier breakfast time would be nice. Especially if the days are hot. Getting started earlier is helpful.
